This condo is special, it has two well manicured CLAY TENNIS COURTS. The unit is well equipped, all you need is your clothing, swim suit and tennis racket.

If cooking is not on your agenda it has a great restaurant and bar in the complex or you can take a bus or taxi and within minutes you are at the gold zone or at old town. There is a large pool and hot tub. There are many lounge chairs around the pool or at the beach front patio area. If you wish to worship the sun privately you can do that on the lanai of the condo.

The beach has clean white sand which you can walk on for miles. You can rent water boards on the beach near the condo for your fun in the surf. If fishing is something you enjoy bring your pole and fishing gear and catch your dinner in front of the condo. The condo is located on a quiet dead end road. There are many sail boats and yachts tied up in the marina. If you have been waiting to catch that big one you are steps from the dock to get in the boat and head for sea.

The condo is located on the 8th floor of a 9 story building which gives great views of the city, harbor, pool, surf and sand and is very private. The roof over the lanai provides shade in the summer and in the winter the sun is lower which then lets it shine on the deck for the warmth you want. The condo has 24 hr. security, Free high speed internet and satellite TV.
