This clean and comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with heated pool is great for entertaining. The large private rear yard is landscaped and has a spacious covered tiled patio, natural gas barbecue and mountain views. Inside you will find all new furnishings and a TV/VCR/DVD in the living room and EVERY bedroom. The living room has a gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings.
The master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home from the 2 guest bedrooms for privacy. The master bedroom also has a door leading to the rear yard, vaulted ceilings, master bathroom and walk-in closet. Centrally located in the Palm Springs area, only minutes from downtown Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert. Golfing, shopping, restaurants/fine dining, movie theatres and Casinos are only minutes away. Nearest major cross streets are McCallum Way and DaVall Drive.

Why the Owner Chose Cathedral City
We chose this neighborhood because it is centally located. We often go to Palm Springs or Rancho Mirage and it is only about a 15 minute drive. We also love the neighborhood, as it is family oriented, most homes owned in our neighborhood are primary residences and everyone cares about the maintenance of their home.

This was a very good rental in a very convenient location. The house is exactly as shown and the beds were all extremely comfortable, more like home instead of hotel beds. The master bedroom is separate from the other two bedrooms, which is nice for privacy if you need it. There was plenty of room for our group – two couples and one teenager. One nice surprise was the nest of hummingbirds outside the family room window and we enjoyed watching the mother feeding the two babies. The owners are very easy to work with. We will definitely stay there again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We just finished a weeks visit. Very nice rental - clean - very well maintained. We also liked the garage being available to us. Visiting grandkids and it was located very close for that. We will definetly rent again if available.

A friend and I stayed at this property for a golf weekend with some other friends. The home is a very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath with a large garage. It has a nice pool and a large backyard. It was nice being able to garage our car so we didn't have to take our clubs up to the room each night. I saw the location on the map and had reservations to how close the property is to downtown and Palm Desert. I was pleased to find that the drives were not that long at all. The neighborhood was quiet. I would recomend this property to anyone who would like to stay in the area.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

We have stayed in this wonderful house the past two years and would highly recommend it. It is conveniently located, with a short drive to just about anything you want to see and do. The house has all the amenities you need, is nicely decorated, and has a great layout (love the large master bedroom and the cozy living room!). The neighborhood is quiet, with nice homes all around, and the owners are wonderful to deal with. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

My daughter, cousin and I just spent the best 4 days at this lovely, cozy, clean and well organized house. The kitchen is the perfect size and the pool was great. The nights were beautiful and clear. We all can't wait to do it again. Thank you, Nicole for having such a great house.

I rented this house for myself and family - three generations, It was ideal and served as a gathering point for family and friends in town for a wedding. The home was well decorated and very comfortable. It was much nicer having everyone together than being in hotel rooms. The owners were a breeze to deal with. I would recommend this property.
