Stayed here with another couple the last week of January. The location and condo were exactly what we were looking for. Across the street from great restaurants and a well stocked grocery store less than 2 blocks away. Great views out the front and back and a very nice beach just below the balcony. The pictures are a fair representation of what you get plus there are in room safes large enough for your laptop in each bedroom. No car is needed. I would definitely stay here again when back in St Maarten.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Perfect location for the Island. Near many restaurants, grocery stores, and night life within walking distance. They have a very nice pool and swim up bar with a fair size beach. We love it in St Martens and try to come back every year. The condo was well stocked everything you would need if you were planning to cook in your room, but who wants to with over 500 restaurants on the island.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed at the condo with our 3 children. The views from the window and beachfront location are spectacular. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to be comfortable. The beach on Simpson Bay was nice - the water was quite calm, and there were always plenty of palapas and lounge chairs available. The pool had a swim-up bar with a restaurant attached. Everything that we needed was located close by - the restaurants were across the street, and a good supermarket was just a 5 minute walk away. The resort is right beside the drawbridge entrance to Simpson Bay lagoon, so you can watch the procession of sailboats and yachts sailing in and out from the condo. The master bedroom and living room have views of the sea, while the guest bedroom has a view of the lagoon and mountains. The kitchen was excellent and well-stocked, and we appreciated the little extras, such as hotel-style toiletries in the bathrooms. Scott was extremely helpful, spoke with us by phone at length and emailed us a comprehensive guide to the resort and to St. Maarten prior to our arrival. As observant Jews, we were also pleased to discover that there was a Chabad synagogue just a few minutes walk away, which offers Friday night dinners and supplies kosher meat.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Just returned from a vacation in St Maarten, Simpson Bay. Was a wonderful experience. Great amenities, best view of the bay in the area. The condo was nicely decorated with plenty of room for 2 couples. Great pool area with restaurant nearby. The area had numerous restaurants within walking distance of the condo. People are friendly and heplful. We are already looking forward to a vacation there next year. Thanks again, Ray & LillianRecommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Overall the place is very nice and we liked the unit we stayed in. The view from the balcony was awesome. The restaurant did not have a very big variety of menu options and the bartenders in the 2nd floor lounge were not very efficient and did not seem like they knew what they were doing., but the pool bar was very nice. The pool & beach area is very nice also. The location of the resort is great because it is so close to so many restaurants, bars and activities. Great place to visit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
