We are Unit 404 in the Grand Victorian....an end unit that provides the entire span of the North Tower. Walk in to the gourmet kitchen and you have the immediate and direct view to the Atlantic Ocean.
The living room has a 42" LCD flat screen with digital tv -- HBO, Cinemax & Starz included, as well as broadband internet access and unlimited telephone service within the US and Canada. The living room opens to a private balcony overlooking the beach.
The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, 32" LCD flat screen tv & dvd player, walk-in closet, full private bath and opens to the private balcony.
The guest bedroom also has a walk in closet, king size bed, 36" LCD flat screen and opens up onto a 28' x 6' family-size deck -- perfect for lunch time out of the sun, overlooking the beach!
The bunk room has two sets of bunk beds, with three twin beds and one full size bed.
In total, 10 people sleep comfortably!

One week is preferred, although a 3-4 Day minimum is available.
Unit is Non-Smoking. $500 Cleaning Fee for Smoking.
No Pets Allowed. $500 Cleaning Fee for Pets.
Daily Tidy Service Available Upon Request

Why the Owner Chose Old Orchard Beach
We saw Grand Victorian when it was just a blueprint and the old hodge podge of arcades and the Crazy Clam was still there. Knowing it was a one-of-a-kind location, we decided to get involved with a unit. We have over 25 years in owning and operating commercial and residential rental -- and figured this would be a good "retirement project." Now this is our only rental property. And from the humble beginnings next the The Pier, the Grand Victorian has exceeded our expecations! It is setting a new standard of luxury on Old Orchard Beach!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There's nothing like falling asleep to the crashing of the surf on the beach just outside....unless it's watching the sunrise in the morning. The private deck overlooking the Atlantic is just the place to enjoy a coffee and the paper....and just watching the world go by!
