50' of waterfront, dock that accommodates boats up to 26 feet long and sandy swimming area. Winter snowmobiling on frozen lake or trails, with immediate access to C4 corridor trail which provides access to all Upstate NY snowmobile trails. EXCELLENT FISHING - all year around!

Deb and I stayed at your cozy cottage at Bernhards Bay Oneida lake from August 28th through September 4th. We had a great vacation and the people we met were all fantastic. Both David and Sue, were fantastic and Uncle Walt helped us with our boat as we were first timers putting our 22 foot boat in the lake. The fishing was grand and we had a great time each day on the lake. On Friday we had some trouble on the lake and your other vacationers, Bob and Holly, were literally a life saver... Thanks!! We stayed there in late June & early July...loved it so much, we're going back this month! The property's like a bit of paradise...can't wait to get back! There's alot more than you see in the listing. Finding a place this perfect that's also VERY kid & pet friendly was the best vacation surprise we've had in years!

Spent a spectacular week at this property!! The owners are some of the greatest people we've ever met and are especially accommodating to their tenants. The lake is beautiful and the people staying nearby are alot of fun too!

Had a great time fishing was good lots of bass and walleyes and nice view and acess to water.Lots of things to do in area and see.Would recomend this to anyone.Good dock for boat and acess to lake.
