Most People I talk to like the Signature for its convenience and 5 star class. You're a short walk away from all the excitement of the casinos and have the option of being away from it all in a private 5 star resort setting. You're going to love the private pools with cabanas and cocktail waitresses to serve you. The outdoor sitting lounge area with automatic gas fire pit is a nice romantic getaway!

Lounges and luxury everywhere you go at this resort! Even a Starbuck's coffee shop on site.

Having an indoor moving walkway to whisk you into the MGM Grand and a monorail station to get you to where you want to go quickly make the Signature an ideal place to stay.

You won't want to stay anywhere else when vacationing in Las Vegas!

I meant to send this email out to you sooner, but since our return from our vacation life has been busy!
I wanted to thank you for the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful place! My family and I enjoyed ourselves immensely and where able to have a place that would allow us to just sit and visit with a great view! The rooms where everything described and more!! You can count on us as return visitors as the whole experience from setting up the reservations to staying at a great place, were easy and convenient. Well worth it I must say!!

Just wanted to let you know that our stay in the 2 bedroom Suite Dec 21 - 24 was excellent!!! The rooms were as beautiful as the pictures showed and we all had a great time. We initially had problems with two of the TVs, but facilities personnel responded to my call within minutes and had the TVs fixed in no time. Great Vegas trip!
Thanks to your wonderful accommodation, I felt very much at home.

Review Text: 'We recently stayed at the MGM Signature for a girl's getaway weekend. There were eight of us and we couldn't have asked for more! Everything went smoothly from the shuttle from the airport to check in and everything in between. Everyone was very pleased with the quality of the property and the set up of the rooms. With eight women trying to get ready for a night on the town, the three full baths were perfect. We even had room to lounge and relax in the kitchen area and family room. The location was just enough away to be out of the smoky casino and a close enough walk to a fabulous Spa in the MGM. We will be definitely be planning another trip soon. '

How to register when you arrive
The address is 145 E. Harmon Ave Las Vegas NV 89109.
It is located behind the MGM at Kovel Lane & Harmon Ave and has it's own guard gated entry off of Harmon.


Once you get to the guard gate give the guard your name, building and unit number. Once through the gate go all the way to the last tower which is tower 1. Tower 1 is the only tower that offers a Starbucks coffee shop and cocktail lounge. It is also the closest to the MGM Grand. Go to the check-in counter inside and give them your name and confirmation letter so they can give you your key cards. The suites are located on the third floor and have wonderful views of the swimming pool area of the MGM. Bring your binoculars... The side by side connecting jr. suite room number is 3-604 and the 1 bedroom room number is 3-602.

The resort offers plenty of free valet parking. (Tips are welcome)

VRBO Bear stayed here - 01/22/2009 They say “that what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas”...but I can't keep to myself the excellent stay we had at this two-bedroom suite in The Signature at MGM Grand Resort.

The Signature is a three tower extension of the MGM Grand Casino and Hotel. From the moment we first arrived, the attention of the staff was focused entirely on our comfort and convenience. The valets and doorman greeted us with smiles and words of welcome and the front desk staff was gracious and eager to make sure that we had everything we needed for a wonderful visit.

Our accommodation was a two-bedroom suite, secluded behind French doors at the end of the hall. It was private and quiet. Our friends made themselves at home in the junior suite while my family enjoyed the larger accommodations of the one bedroom suite. Each unit had everything we needed for a wonderful, comfortable stay. In the three full bathrooms there were soft, thick towels, hair dryers, a master bath jetted tub for luxurious soaks, and two of the bathrooms even had flat panel TVs! The bedrooms were spacious, with beds and pillows that were exceptionally comfortable. In the master bedroom, the large flat paneled TV was enclosed in the desk and appeared at the touch of a button on the remote control. The kitchen in each unit was equipped with stainless appliances including a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher in the one bedroom suite. Also included was a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and just about anything else you might need to fix a meal if you wished.

Overall, the BEST thing about this unit is its LOCATION! It was an easy walk across the enclosed moving walkway from the Signature to the MGM Grand Casino & Hotel. The location of the resort on the strip is right in the heart of it all! We enjoyed walking a few blocks up and down the strip. We took in all the colorful casinos & hotels and each unique experience they offered. Our host was friendly, gracious and eager to make sure our stay in Las Vegas was everything we had hoped it would be, and it was! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who desires a memorable, comfortable and convenient accommodation in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada!

  • My luxury 2-bedroom suite is located in tower one which is the closest tower to the MGM resort. The 2-bedroom suite provides a total of approx. 1500 sq ft of interior area. It includes 2 king-sized beds, 2 queen-sized sofa pull-out beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 deep jacuzzi jet tubs, 5 plasma TVs, 2 kitchens, 1 dining table, 2 executive desks & all the top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, customized built-ins, & kitchen utensils. You will surely enjoy this place! The suite features a balcony that overlooks the lazy river pool of MGM and the bedroom overlooks the pool & rec area of The Signature. It is truly a 5-star luxury accommodation! My prices include full use of the private work-out facility with individual Tvs on all the treadmills and elliptical machines. You will have full access to the MGM swimming pool and lazy river facilities. Signature guests also enjoy discounted rates at the MGM spa.
