We really enjoyed our stay in this condo.When you walk in first impressions are " clean and comfortable"and it really is. Location is perfect -within minutes you can be on Bald mountains numerous hiking and biking trials. We were also REALLY impressed with the customer service. Having not been to Sun Valley before we had many questions and the manager ( Frank) always returned our calls and took the time to answer our questions.Our question about transportation from the local airport was answered with " Dont worry I'm around that evening and I'll pick you up" and he did !! When we return this will be the place we reserve.

We loved our stay in the condo. The place was very spacious and beautifully appointed, the nicest place we have rented, ever! We loved being able to sit in the living room and watch the snow fall and look out onto the ski slopes. The gas fireplace was cozy and warm. The condo is quiet. The king bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and warm. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and appliances to allow us an evening meal or late morning breakfast. Plus, it has a gas stove! The condo is in a great part of town, allowing for a short (5 minutes) walk to downtown. The town is easily accessible, with grocery stores, restaurants, and all kinds of fun shops to explore. The place is just off the main highway (Hwy 75). Frank was great to work with and very helpful with all our questions. Instructions for various things in the condo were clearly laid out (e.g. TVs, DVD player, etc). We would love to stay here again and would most certainly do so in the future the next time we are in Ketchum.

Wonderful Condo

I spent 4 nights at this well appointed condo w/a friend. I stayed in the king suite, he had the queen bedroom w/adjacent bathroom. The bed and sheets were quite cozy, there were plenty of towels, soap, bedside coasters etc. They thought of everything. We were equidistance to River Run and town, so we walked everwhere, no shuttle required. The kitchen is very user friendly, I can see myself going back w/my family of 4. Frank was very attentive and responsive. Thanks for everything!

Fantastic condo less than a block from the bus route. It's also a nice walk to the main restaurant/shopping area in Ketchum. Frank is a fantastic owner/host. The amenities are perfect for 2 couples.

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo. We were pleasantly suprised on arrival because the river rock fire place is so nice and the views of the mountain are incredible from the living area. Loved the decor and wood flooring and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. You can literally walk to the River run gondola! We would definitely come back to stay at this condo again. We had an amazing time staying here! The place is perfect location, an easy walk to both the slopes and the center of town. The place is kept really nice inside and includes everything you would need. We absolutely loved the fireplace! When I go back to Sun Valley I won't even consider looking for a different place!

We liked this condo very much. Everything was in excellent condition. Details such as a functioning WiFi were all in order. Perfect, you do not want to waste your vacation on such details. Location excellent, you could not be nearer to the main ski area Bald mountain and shops etcetera were also within walking distance. Finally it was a pleasure working with the management, no hassles, a fair deal and super support. We will be back.

Perfect Place

As a frequent renter in Ketchum (we have three kids living in the Valley), as well as a former VRBO owner in Albuquerque, we found this little treasure the perfect place for our annual visit. Accessible with no stairs, the condo was well located, near the bus line and an easy walk to the lodge and town. But most importantly, Frank, the manager, had the condo spotless and with touches that were just right. You just can't go wrong with this condo.

Bright, well-equipped condo with room to relax. Basic condiments were much appreciated. Comfortable beds and clean baths were positive points. Very close to bike paths and ski lifts. We had a great time!

We have stayed in Sun Valley multiple times and have rented other places previously. This location is perfect, easy walk to downtown and bus access. The two bedroom two bath space was perfect for an extended stay. We found the unit well maintained and furnished. It was also nice to have Frank so close by to help with anything needed. We will be back!

Cozy and Convenient with all the Comforts of Home

A girlfriend and I spent three days in the Ketchum area in July at this condo. It was the perfect size and arrangement for privacy and comfort, and could accomodate two couples easily (or a family with several children). The condo was every bit as nice as the pictures show, if not nicer, and was conveniently situated for access to town and the transportation routes. The condo is an end unit and we heard no noise from neighbors. It is clear that the owners take pride in this property, from the cleanliness to the decor, and have thought of everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Nothing was missing and many extra touches were included, such as local hiking maps, bus schedules, local interest books and instructions on how to operate everything. In addition, the owners were very diligent at providing logistical information and making themselves available for questions, both before and during our stay. Ketchum is an outdoor lover's paradise and we will likely return and will be as equally likely to stay at this property again.

We rented this place for XC Nationals this year and were so stoked on the entire experience, we are already planning out next year's stay! The owner, Frank, is a super awesome guy and goes the extra mile to make sure its's easy for you to have a good time! He emailed over extra detailed maps for us to get to the condo and was available for any questions I had about the area! The condo itself is great! It's a lot roomier than I thought it would be, we had six people for our trip and it accommodated us all very comfortably! It's super clean and the furnishings are really really nice! They had plenty of extra towels, sheets and pillows stashed in the closets and even provided laundry detergent for the really nice front loading washer and dryer! Another cool thing about this place is the location, it's so close to everywhere! We were able to ride into downtown or to the River Run Lodge in less than 5 minutes, such a great spot! I could go on and on, but that's holding you up from reserving this great place! All you need to know is that it's a phenomenal value and you will not be disappointed if you stay here!

What a great place to meet with friends and family. We had a girls getaway for the weekend, then my mother joined me for the rest of the week. Comfortable and very clean, the condo was everything the listing description said it was. And Frank is very accomodating to meet your every need. We booked online and crossed our fingers, and we lucked out! The pictures really don't capture the spaciousness or cleanliness. So much different from your typical grungy, ski town, shabby but thank-goodness-it's-close-to-the-mountain condo. Really clean and lovely and a shot walk to town and affordable to boot. Great for a pair of couples traveling or anyone who has an aversion to icy stairs (first floor).

Exceeded our expectations by 110%! The "straight out of Pottery Barn" condo was super clean, had an absolutely perfect floor plan, and was well stocked with all the neccessities! You can't beat the location - within walking distance to Baldy, downtown shops, bars, and restaurants, and everywhere in between! To top it all off, Frank was absolutely awesome to work with. We just got back home to Georgia yesterday and are already planning our trip back - and we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you, Frank, for an unbelievable first experience to Ketchum!!

We recently stayed at this condo during a wedding celebration for our daughter. The condo was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It was in walking distance to the River Run Lodge where the wedding was held, as well as to the downtown shopping and restaurants. The property manager was so kind and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better, more restful vacation, while celebrating the wedding. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants to pay a very reasonable rate to enjoy a relaxing stay and enjoy the beautiful Wood River Valley.

After a very busy month in New Orleans with the BIG SUPER BOWL WIN and Mardi Gras we needed some R&R. I found this condo here on VRBO and wow did we love it. It was as close to the ski area as you could get. It was very clean and well equiped. There where beautiful views of the mountains from the living and dinning rooms. Frank was great to deal with and close by if we had any questions. We will be back next year. I highly recommend this place.

Great condo, great location, great price! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations and amenities were fantastic. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we enjoyed our stay. We had two young ones in our party, who continuously kept asking "When are we going back to the cool house (condo)?" whenever we were out and about in Sun Valley. This is a beautiful, cozy condo. The river rock fireplace heats the whole condo. It's convenient to town and to River Run. The manager Frank was very nice and easy to work with. We loved it!
