Our Gulfs Treasure is everyone's Treasure!
The treasure we would like to share with you is a beautiful, three-bedroom, two-bath unit with a wide open view of the Gulf of Mexico. We have an elevator.
The inside treasures include not only our wonderful view but all the amenities you can imagine. We have a fully-loaded kitchen. From a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and blender to even cookie sheets. Inside the master bedroom you will find a king-size bed, a TV, plus its own bathroom. It also has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Please leave the drapes open and wake up to the ocean view. And do not worry about dirty laundry. We have a full-size washer and dryer.
The amenities outside are unbelievable. We offer you plenty of lounging space by our heated swimming pool and large spa. If you are in the mood to barbecue, there are grills downstairs for your pleasure. When you decide to go for a walk on the beach you can travel in either direction for miles. There is also a trolley that travels up and down the beach all day if you do not want to drive.
Our Gulfs Treasure is a non-smoking unit. We do allow smoking on the balcony outside only.

We do ask for a $150 Security Deposit that will be returned with in
two weeks provided everything is in good condition.

My family and I went last March (2010) to Indian Shoes and stayed in this condo after locating it on this site. We had an excellent time. The condo itself had plenty of good features like the wet bar, cleanliness, corner privacy, internet access and comfortable furniture to handle all 6 of us. Being an electic group with seniors, adults, young adults and a tween, we were happy with what the condo had to offer and found the rooms comfortable and relaxing. It was a memorable time that we throughly enjoyed. Any family looking for a well located condo with the ability to watch the sunrise in the back in the morning and the sunset in the front at at dusk will find this place to be the dream palace that we found it.

Our family rented this condo for the first time about 6 years ago for a Spring Break vacation. We found the condo on the internet and after reviewing the details and verifying all information, we sent our money in and was on our way to wonderful family memories!! We decided the first year that we rented the condo that it met all of our needs and was a perfect fit for our family!! We look forward to going back every year and we now rent it out for 3 weeks out of the year!! We rent it for 1 week in April and 2 weeks in October and we are never disappointed with the weather or the beautiful sunsets that we see every evening!! The condo is beautiful inside and out and is extremely kid friendly. The condo has everything that we need to make great family memories!! I would recommend this condo to all age groups as it can accomodate the young, the family with teens, or just a getaway for 55 or older!! Our family will continue to vacation here for many years to come!
