Our family planned a weekend spring skiing, this condo was perfect for our needs. We found the unit well stocked with the necessary items, from the towels to the kitchen. We found everything close at hand, from the ski lift to shopping and dining out. Over all we had a great time and will be back. I would recommend this unit to all.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We really had a good time while at your condo on Whitefish Mountain. The location couldn’t have been better; great view of the ski runs and village from the deck. We have rented condo’s in Sun Valley, Aspen and Dear Valley and yours is by far the best. Enjoyed and absolute “Blue Bird” day on March 19, 2013. Sunny all day, could see Glacier Park, Whitefish and Flathead Lakes. Had dinner one night at the Kandahar Café; truly a “foodies” delight. Thanks again, Payne Party (Tom, Janet and Mike and friend Klaus Hambuechen)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Tom, Thanks for your review. I'm glad you had a great time. The Kandahar is a superb restaurant and not to be missed, and there is nothing better than a Bluebird day on Whitefish mountain. It's a great experience to be sure. Thanks again for your rental.

Condo was great, nice and clean. Walls/floors are pretty thin so it was nice being on the top. Hot tub although a little small was nice at the end of long day of skiing. The position of the condo to the hill was a little annoying but not a big enough deal to ruin your trip. I would recommend the property to people, just do't try the Ski USA puzzle....it will drive you mad....Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had such a great time in whitefish!! This was our second trip, our first was last year. The condo was awsome so close to the hill and great views! It was so nice not having to drive to/from the ski hill the restaurants were great and it was nice having our own kitchen to cook in! We definitely cant wait to go back even if we didnt ski there is so much to see and do!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Sasha, Thank you for your positive response. I'm so glad you had a great time. The snow has been great this year, and the restaurants both on the hill, and in town are fun and very good, and it's certainly nice to come home to a comfortable, relaxing condo after a big day on the slopes. Thanks again for your review. Rolf and Margie

The condo is in a great location--close to the village and the lifts. It is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean, organized and well appointed. We had a great time, largely due to the convenience and comfort of this condo. We LOVED Big Mountain and hope to return. The kids had a great time catching air at the terrain park and the snow was great. When we come back, we hope to stay in this condo again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We are a family of five who wanted to visit Glacier National park and found this condo a reasonable distance away. The condo was in a beautiful location, very clean, nicely furnished and adequately stocked, the washer/dryer was an appreciated bonus along with garage parking. My girls enjoyed the hot tub and the day we spent doing resort activities such as the alpine slide. A fun place to eat in town was Loula's cafe. We would certainly stay here again. Also we were a last minute reservation and the owners were easy to work with. Thanks!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a very enjoyable trip. The condo was very beautiful and had an excellent view of the mountain from the patio deck. The only issue during the 7 days we visited was the loud noice (past midnight) on a couple of evenings that came from distant condo's closer to the mountain lift. The lake community was fantastic and the weather was sunny & warm. Planned to visit every year.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Everything about this unit was exceptional. It was spacius and well furnished. The unit was very clena and well maintained. It was wonderful have a meal that was grilled and prepared at home instead of a resturant. There area many activities to do here (in the summer) like hiking and bike riding. We tried the aerial park and really enjoyed it!!! Great unit and surrounding area alot of fun.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

............was available at this lovely condo. It was beautifully furnished and included all the details to make our stay great. Rolf and Margie were excellent to deal with - friendly and instantly responsive to any questions, although they also left plenty of information on the condo and the area. The condo was right in the ski village and there were lots of walking trails, etc. It was about 15 minutes from the town of Whitefish. Everything was clean and of very good quality. We would definitely stay here again. A side note - the only thing we were disappointed about was that there is no recycling in the area, which has nothing to do with the condo owners but it's hard to believe in this day and age there are still some communities that do not recycle.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: We live in the state of Washington, but spend several weeks enjoying the powder of the mountain in the winter, and several weeks enjoying the warmth of the area in the summer. So much to to do; so many great restaurants to try. Never a lack of outdoor adventures, and Glacier National Park is so close and so cool.
Why the Owner Chose Whitefish Mountain:
This is the penthouse unit with views up the mountain. No footsteps above, just awesome views and quietness. This 3BR, 2BA unit with 1350 sq. ft. of living area is spacious, allowing everyone some room. An elevator takes you up from our heated garage, to a unit with heated floors, a granite fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, cable TV, internet, and a hot tube shared with only 5 other units. There is a grill on the deck, as well as games, books, puzzles, an iPod stereo system, and some wonderfully decorated walls and mantles to enjoy.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There is easy access to the village, and just a short walk or ski down to the ski trail which takes you to the base lift. Yet, at the end of the day, you are once again away from the extra noise of the village and the hordes of people if you so choose. There is no foot stomping overhead, and the elevator in the building is against the unit across the hallway, i.e.., it's quiet when you need it to be quiet.
