Great Home. Sleeps 19. This house on Galveston Island less that 9 years old. It is on the second row from the beach in an area that only has 2 rows. Tile floors and automatic shutters. Two decks for viewing the Gulf. Brand new hot tub. Gas stove, new refrigerator, 3 stories. Bunk room on ground level with two buck beds with queen up and down. Also a full bath with shower. Main floor has bath and 2 bedrooms. One with a twin/twin bunkbed and double/twin bunkbed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. The sofa in the living room on this level has a new hide-a-bed. There is also a large partially covered deck on this level to enjoy the gulf view. The top floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and bath. The master bedroom also has a deck with wonderful view of the Gulf. All bedrooms have new LCD/Plasma TV's with DVDs. The bunk room downstairs has a TV with DVD. It has 2 bunk beds both with a queen down and a queen up. The new Hot Tub is located on the ground floor. You have access to the SeaIsle community pool (charges from Neighborhood association allply) and private fishing pier. Great new restaurant and Ice House as just opened at the Marina in SeaIsle. Minutes from Moody Gardens, the Stand and Schlitterbahn Water Park. Also the new Galveston Golf Course is open to the public and is about 10 miles away. The fishing pier has also reopened in SeaIse and this home comes with a key to the pier!
$100.00 non refundable pet deposit for up to 2 small pets. ($250.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if the pet is not declared.)
Try out the new Marina Restaurant and Sand Bar in the neighborhood. The food is great and the bar is located on the water outside. A community pool is located in the neighborhood. Cost for the community pool is $25.00 per week or weekend. Open seasonally.

This house was perfect! I had a dinner party for about 26 friends and the house worked out great. Only about 15 stayed the night both nights and there was plenty of room for everyone. The master bedroom and the hot tub made up for the house being second row. The second floor deck was perfect for everyone to hang out when we weren't down on the beach. I would highly recommend this home and am looking at booking it again next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

GREAT HOUSE! We almost didnt rent this house because it was 2nd row and not 1st row beach but happy we did. Price was 15% lower than fist row and we were on the beach in 30 seconds. Hot tub also really made the trip. Also, the semi private new fishing peir was fun. We caught lots of fish at night under the lights. already re-booked for next year. Thanks for the recommendation of the Marina Restaurant and Sand Bar. It was great to have good food and a fun outside bar without driving into town.
