This beautiful, Non-Smoking, vacation home is an ideal getaway for one or two couples, or for a family.
Spend your days relaxing in the pool or on the beach, or on the golf course. Or if you use our boat (or bring your own!) you can spend time on the beautiful Anclote Key, a Florida State Park and Game Preserve. Dr. Beach ranks the beach on Anclote Key as one of the top five in the USA (including the Hawaiian beaches!).
The Little Mermaid vacation getaway is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. As you walk through the double front doors into the foyer you are greeted by a breathtaking view of the "great room."
The fully remodeled kitchen on the left of the great room is surrounded by counters with six barstools for breakfast and snacking. On the right is the dining area with a beautiful natural wood table and six chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen is always part of the action in the great room.
As you walk past the kitchen, you enter the living area with large couches and reclining chairs. The back wall of the great room is all windows overlooking the patio, rose garden, swimming pool, docks, and boats. There is a "night light" under the dock that attracts two and three foot Tarpon and snook which you can see from the patio at night. (Fishing poles come with the house!)
If your fancy turns to the beach, there is a private Gulf Beach for members only that is just minutes away. In addition, there are several very nice beaches in the area including Clearwater Beach, Caladesi Island, Howard Park, and Sunset Beach.
When you enter through the front doors, the master bedroom and bathroom is to the left of the great room. This is a "split plan" meaning the remaining two bedrooms and bath on the right side of the great room. For your convenience there is also a door into the entry foyer from the double car garage.
The screened in "Florida room" is connected to the great room by sliding glass doors. This room has a large patio table and six overstuffed patio chairs. The Florida room also overlooks the patio/pool and gazebo areas. Another door leads to the patio/pool area from the Florida room.
The entire home has beautiful Italian porcelain tile throughout. With the beach and pool activities here in Florida, tile floors are easy to maintain and insure that the home is completely clean and smelling fresh when you arrive. There are sliding glass doors that connect the Master bedroom to the Florida room.
The back yard has a low, white fence around it with gates on each side of the house that lead to the front yard.

There are lots of activities in the area to occupy your time. Shopping centers, movie theaters, and Malls are just a few minutes away. There are too many restaurants of every type to count, including Italian, Seafood, Steak houses, Oriental, Sushi, burger doodle, and pizza everywhere.
Day trips for the family within a 30 minute drive include Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, Tampa Aquarium, Gulf Fishing Trips, Casino boats, Wicki Wache Springs, Salvidore Dali museum, Museum of Science and Industry, and many beaches.
The various attractions in Orlando are about a 90 minute drive. Many of our guests make a day trip to visit Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and the other tourist attractions in Orlando.
