Iam sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean before we start home to Ky. This was our first trip to St.Augustine. We absolutely loved it. Of course we did the usual sites-constillo, old town, ghost tours and Harry's but our favorite was the beach. Jesse advised us to bring our bikes and I'am so glad we did. The October weather was perfect and our son met a friend from TN who was staying here too. It was a vacation we will always remember.

This was our first visit to St. Augustine. I spent many hours on line before coming, trying to decide where to stay. I'am so thankful that I chose this place. God blessed us with such a nice place to stay. The view is absolutely perfect. The balcony is my favorite "room". I watched dolphins one morning. The condo has plenty of room and it is so well stocked. I don't have one complaint except that I have to leave so soon. I hope to come back. There are still things on my to do list for St.Aug.

This condo is absolutely sent from heaven. My wonderful daughter researched , planned and paid for us to spend 8 days here. As others have already said, the pictures on-line do not do it justice. The statement "kitchen well equipped" is an understatement. Everything you have at home, plus lots of items I now plan to purchase when I get home, were here for our convenience. The condo was clean, well furnished for every need. We hope to return again and again. Thank you Island South #11 & Jesse

My husband and I go to a beach somewhere every year, but this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. We owned time shares for years but when we added up all the fees we sold them. I researched your condo on line and liked what I saw and when we got here it was even more beautiful. The accomodations were so generous that we were able to invite several of our friends who loved it as well. We usually dont visit the same place twice but if its available again next year we may be back!

This was our first trip to St. Augustine! We are visiting from Park City, UT on Spring Break. Had a wonderful week! Perfect weather!! We loved Harry's, O.C. Whites, Sunset Grill, all were excellent! Loved the deck! We had an excellent week and hope to get back soon!

Had a great week. Weather was great and sondo was a perfect spot to stay. Loved dinner at Harry's on Jesse's recommendation. Also had good mahi sandwich at Mango Mango. Enjoyed cooking in, too. Kitchen had all we needed. Hope to return.

Can't beat the ocean view w/ beach... Surfers, volleyball, flag football, proposes. Saw the right whales at mala campra park/beach (s. on A1a by Hammock Dunes)Quite a treat since they're on the extinct list!!! Once again, totally enjoyed myself. Thanks Jesse!

The condo was great, love waken up to see the sunrise, walk on the beach in December. Back home in Minnesota we are buried in 17+ inches of snow. It was amazing time.

This is our 4th trip to St. Augustine and the 3rd time we have stayed at your lovely condo. Once again everything was perfect including the incredible sunrise! Even though St. Augustine is absolutely incredible we all agree that it is only made better by this wonderful oceanfront condo. Can't wait to return again this summer.

As always, another fantastic stay. We love it here. Most ocean front locations, don't allow you to roll over & watch the sunrise! It was amazing. The weather is just cooling off at night so you could sleep with the doors open and fall asleep to crashing waves... Priceless! I love that this place has everything you need & we can't wait to stay again & book for our wedding weekend. Enjoyed the nights of lights we met friends and had a blast. Spent our 1 yr anniversary here, the view is spectacular. Thank you so much!!!! The Amenities of your condo was more than expected. The memories that we made during our anniversary are unforgettable and we want to thank you for helping us to experience these cherished memories. The pictures for this place, looking across the country from rainy Seattle, don't do this space justice. We came for our babymoon and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for helping make memories that we'll remember when we are old and gray. We got up at 4am our time just because the sunrise was so amazing and we didn't want to miss it.

Even a whole week here wasn't enough! We've been vacationing in St. Augustine for 5 yrs and Jesse's condo is by far our favorite place to stay now. Perfect beach location, amazing views, fantastic balcony & a very comfortable home away from home! If you haven't tried Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in town- you should! Great food, drinks & service with an amazing courtyard for outdoor dining. Thanks for everything Jesse - we hope to be back soon!

This is our 2nd summer staying in your condo. The view is spectacular and worth the 3-story climb. We have been in most of the units in the building and prefer #11 by far. We appreciate the update kitchen & baths and the large TV's. If you remove the foot board from the master bed it would be easier to get past that dresser... just sayin' :) Thanks for the wonderful accomodations we will be back next summer!

We had a wonderful time! The condo is great. It was my Dad's 1st time to see the ocean in 40 yrs! We will have great memories. Our daughter also graduated from the University of Florida on May 2nd. GO GATORS!!

I'm gonna be a rebel and write on this page. The left side was lacking in words. So we only stayed here for 3 nights, sadly, but it was quite fun. Everything was great! Even though I was sleeping in the smaller bedroom I could still here the ocean at night. It's beautiful. Definitely not something you can get in Wisconsin. All we have is snow. Anyways, we all loved it and are hopefully going to come back next spring! Oh, and the TV is amazing. When we did watch movies it was pretty spiffy.

Loved this unit. So happy to find that it wasn't stripped. Found tissue, Laundry soap, etc. Weather was cool but Friday and Saturday we all were pink after being on the beach. Also unit was very clean! We'll be back!!

We were only here for 3 short days and wish we could stay forever. The whole place is beyond wonderful! We spent most of our time out on the patio, the view is perfect. At night we slept with the sliding door open and the beach breeze in our room. This was just the break from "real life" we needed. Wow what a wonderful place. We never wanted to leave the condo. The view was awesome getting up every morning to have coffee on the balcony. The ocean breezy. I loved the fact that my hardest decision for 4 days was beach side or pool side! That bed in the master bedroom was so comfy! We ate at Harry's in old town and the food, service, and atmosphere was to die for, so if you get a chance to eat there. GO!

My husband and i have been coming to Island South for 23 years. For the past ten years, we have stayed in Unit 12. We found your condo online and decided to try it. Loved It!! We lived on the porch the entire 8 days we were here. We love the nice kitchen, bathrooms & TV's. Very nice upgrades!! We're already thinking about next year.

Our week here was wonderful. The beach was never crowded, and the complex was very quiet and peaceful. We traveled into town often, visited the golf village, and we ate most of our meals in the condo. We truly enjoyed the technology. Movie night was great with the surround sound. Loved the Ipod set up, and the television in the bedroom was wonderful before bed. The balcony was enjoyed tremendously. We sat out and listened to the waves for hours. Thanks for having us, we will visit again!

We had a great time at your condo. The view was great & the walk to the beach wasnt bad. We enjoyed walking to Mango Mangos & Beachcomber & walking back on beach. We didnt have any bug problems but there were huge dragon flies every once in a while. We had a great time & would recommend your condo to friends. We appreciated the sophistication of your decor. It was a nice change from the typical pastel fish shell decor we usually see.

We had a terrific stay. The view off the deck is spectacular!It was fun just walking the beach w/ the family. The condo is very nice.If you have a bug problem the solution is simple (for the deck). We bought a bug lantern (made by off). Simply light the candle, let it burn for 10 minutes on the deck & they all fly away. We left it in the condo (hopefully the cleaning people leave it for you). If it's gone Publix & Ace carry them (about $10 refills)Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

We were ready for a vacatin when we got here. The view of the ocean was spectacular. We loved that the beach and the pool were never crowded. A big downfall:there were 100's of bugs on the deck. I'm not exaggerating we could never go out there at all. Big disappointment. Suggestion:add a shelf in the master bath shower. One that hangs from the shower head would work. There was no convenient place for shampoo. The tvs were awesome. Again-we absolutely enjoyed the view. Thanks,

We had a great stay here. Right up there with our Sanibel Island vacation. We loved the location and views. Great condo setup & beach access. Although condo is great it really does need some work now. Doors, lights, towel holders, dryer and blinds. The cleaning crew didn't leave us any dish soap for dishwasher but thats small stuff. We would still come back. Great furniture, TV setup & AC (The family said I was too negative)

Our only regret is that we can't stay longer! What a jewel on the Atlantic - the condo is so relaxing and comfortable. Beautiful work with the decor! We watched a sailboat slip by during breakfast this morning. The view and ease of acess to the ocean are unmatched. We came with friends this time & can't wait to come back again with our girls. We had a wonderful 3 months here. The condo is great, the view is to die for... it almost makes one comatose... and the location is perfect! What more could we ask for, except for more time here. We LOVED it!!!
