Beautiful, newly constructed 4200 square foot Lakeshore Blvd home located on ½ acre lot directly across from Burnt Cedar Beach. With four bedroom suites (each with their own bathroom and shower), one half bath, plus den, game room and bar it ithis house is perfect for year round family vacationing.
Well appointed, this new house has custom Knotty Alder cabinetry, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, large open beam ceilings, a large outdoor slate deck with gas BBQ and fire pit, filtered views of the lake, WiFi/DSL, separate laundry room and a gourmet kitchen. The great room and game room are equipped with Plasma TV's.
All rooms are decorated beautifully with brand new furniture and towels and bedding are provided. The 4 car garage has two parallel spaces and two tandem for a large boat.
By renting this house you will have access to all of Incline Village’s private recreational areas including:
- 2 private golf courses
- Recreation Center with an Olympic sized indoor pool, weight room and several tennis courts
- 3 beaches including Incline Beach, Ski Beach and Burnt Cedar Beach. Burnt Cedar Beach, which is directly across the street, has 2 swimming pools; one adult and one kiddie pool, a large grass area with picnic tables and BBQs plus a beautiful private beach and kids playground.
The Hyatt Hotel and Casino, located just down the street, offers gaming and entertainment and a full spa. Winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling are all close by. The Reno airport is a short 35-40 minute drive.
Full rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit shall be refunded within 30 days of departure. The cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit.

Great, great house!

We first noticed this house on VRBO and my husband drove by it while he was in Reno for business during May of this year. Needless to say, he was very impressed with this houses curb appeal and we booked it that same day for a week in July/August. We brought my sister and her family with us (11 total) and the house was perfect. It looks brand new and is really nicely done. It has two levels; upstairs has a great room (kitchen/family/dining room) that is adjacent to the fabulous deck with a Nano (sp?) door that slides open and creates an indoor-outdoor experience. Also on the upper level is a game room/bar area with a flatscreen TV - perfect for the kids - and a nice master suite. The lower level has a TV room, three bedrooms (ensuite) one master and a laundry room/mud room. The garage is huge and has a lot of beach items to use as well as sleds and snow shoes for winter (I guess we have to come back this winter!). Anyway, we loved our stay in this house and will definitely book it again soon. Kirsten R., Bay Area
