There is a two night minimum stay with this rental.
Week long rentals are preferred with Sun-Sun rental periods.
Cleaning and Security deposits commensurate with length of stay and
party size.
Holiday rental fees are typically $ 600 per night.
Weekly rentals only over following holidays: 4th of July($ 3,000),
Thanksgiving($ 3,500), Christmas ($ 3,500), & New Year's ($ 3,500)
