We were there with 3 other families and 11 kids total. We had such a great time. The property was stunning. We all fit comfortably in the house. The only thing I would say needs to be upgrades were the sofas. They were very dated and slightly uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great place. We look forward to renting it again this yearRecommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

I was responsible to find lodging for my entire family for our annual vacation. I could not have found a better place. The amenities were perfect , the home was perfect, and the whole rental and check in procedure was a breeze. If your looking for a central place around flagstaff to visit Sedona, the Grand Canyon or the Snowbowl, dont think about it just book it. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Our family of 11 (8 adults & 3 children above age of 10) stayed here for 7 days in June 2012., What a beautiful home and setting! From the moment we walked in, we were entranced by how beautifully the home was laid out and the care the owners took to ensure that our stay would be wonderful. If we had any questions, the owners were a phone call away with answers. As someone else had mentioned, we kept so busy seeing Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon and Sedona that we didn't have time to fit it all in and spend a lot of time in the home. However, the time we did spend there allowed us to come together and everyone could relax and enjoy their surroundings and each other. All of us would have loved to have stayed longer and would highly recommend this property when searching for an ideal vacation spot. Thank you Jeff and Liz for providing and sharing your legacy and your little piece of "heaven on earth" with others.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

We have rented numerous homes around the country for several years now. All have been fairly adequate, but this rental exceeded expectations, the home was absolutely beautiful, the surroundings even more so. The location is a great jumping off point for the surrounding area, not to mention just enjoying the property itself. There is wildlife galore, saw elk, mule deer, even fed the hummingbird while there. We had 13 elk in the meadow the morning we left. I would love to go back again someday, owners Jeff and Liz have a home to be proud of, thanks for sharing.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

This house is wonderful and the area surrounding it is breathtaking. We celebrated my daughter's graduation from NAU and had relatives come from Nebraska, Vermont, and the Phoenix metro area. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our relatives from Vermont are seriously thinking of moving to Flagstaff. This house, motorcycling to the Grand Canyon and Sedona may of helped them make their decision. The owners Liz and Jeff are easy to work with and supplied numerous items at their vacation home including bedding, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper products, ,etc. There are so many appliances and amenities at this house that we did not even find some of the things until we were leaving. When we were out walking with our cameras a neighbor suggested a very pretty place to take photos with a little bench which was also by Elk Tank pond. The only problem we had with this property and it is a small one is that there are steep open wood slat stairs going to the two upstairs bedrooms and they can be slippery. We did have my parents stay in the master bedroom for this reason which is on the main floor. We didn't have any really young children with us but the stairs may be a bit dangerous for walking toddlers. The sauna, the foosball table and pingpong table were well used while we there. However the x-box wasn't working well when we arrived which did force our boys to find other things to do which was actually nice change. My husband loved this house and road his mountain bike on nearby trails with his brother-in-law who also really enjoyed staying at Little Wing.We would really like to stay sometime again. Thanks again for letting us stay at your vacation home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

The owners of this property are great to work with. The cabin is spotless and well appointed. I think it is nicer in person than even the pictures portray. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

An absolutely amazing house. Words cannot do justice to this home. We had 6 cousins (and spouses) for an extended weekend-October 6-10. We were fortunate enough to be there for the first dusting of snow and to watch Mt Humphrey get coated as well. To be able to wake up and look out the enormous livingroom windows and see the mountains, was a sight to behold. The elk also showed up. There were elk in both the south and north pasture in front of the home. Though we did eat out some, the gourmet kitchen made meal preparation a snap. Though it is a little outside of Flagstaff, getting in and around was very easy. I cannot recommend this home highly enough.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed here with another family. What a wonderful home!!! The home is open, clean and comfortable. We loved all the acres of open private meadows as well. Mornings were perfect with a view of the San Francisco Peaks and blue birds on the deck. Walking off the patio into the single tracks for a nice bike ride or walk while passing Elk was a great way to start the day . We have family in flagstaff, the house was so inviting everyone came to our place for family bbqs! The kids absolutly loved the basement with the 2 bedrooms, video games, ping pong, oversize tv and hot tub. The only regret we have from our trip was not having more time to "hang out" at the house. We look forward to our return visit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

This was the best cabin ever! We had 14 people in our party and we all had our own space and absolutely loved our visit. The house was just like we thought- pictures and description were very accurate. The owners are fabulous to work with and very easy to communicate with. There is so much to do in this area and the weather was fabulous. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone. We had my In-laws with us and having the master bedroom and bathroom on the main floor made it very easy for them to avoid any stairs. The views are absolutely stunning! We will most likely be back again very soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.
