This spacious 1 BR/1 BA condominium was completely gutted and renovated in the spring of 2008. It is located in Tower 1, on the 4th Floor. Professionally decorated & designed. Everything in the unit is brand new. With beautiful oceanfront views floor to ceiling throughout, this unit is a must-stay.
Our vacation rental sleeps 4-5, with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, queen sized sofa bed in living area as well as another couch.
Living area features a 42" Flat Screen LCD TV, DVD player with extended cable and HDTV, Stereo/CD player, 2 couches, coffee and end tables.
Master bedroom features a 32" LCD flat screen TV with digital cable, DVD player, gorgeous dark wood furniture, custom drapes & bedding, large closet.
Bathroom with separate vanity area, 2 sinks, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, granite & tile walk-in shower.
Kitchen features all stainless steel appliances- refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, granite countertops, breakfast bar, pots, pans, 4 full place settings, and all utensils.
Washer/dryer in unit for all your laundry needs. Tankless Hot Water Heater- hot water on demand! Tiled floors throughout, dining for 4, comfortable balcony seating.
We offer wireless internet service as well as free long distance calling in the continental US.
Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and bedroom.
Lounge and swim at our three pools with hot tubs (including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls). There are two tennis courts, and an on-site rental facility for jet-ski, parasailing, beach chair, and umbrella rentals.
Our unit was awarded a VIP rating by Long Beach Resort Management, only 8 units in the entire resort carry this rating!

My wife and I enjoyed every minute at this condo. We will book this room again when we visit Panama City next time. We would recommend this room as a romantic getaway for a young or older couple.

OMG! This condo is everything that is listed and more! Really did not want to write this review, because I don't want everyone to find our paradise! We will be staying here everytime, me and my husband, are on vacation and it is just him and I. Beautiful...Everything that you need is available. Owner is great to work with and is always there to answer any questions, that you may have. All of the furniture and furnishing are top Quality all the way! We are booking a week all ready for 2012, and sure that we will be vacationing there more in 2012. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your Condo and will be reccomending to our friends and family. The Barber's from Flemingsburg Kentucky!

I hate to write this review because it may be harder for me to rent in future however if you want to stay at Long Beach in a 1 bedroom this is the one. It is located on the 4th floor so if needed you could use the stairs. We never had to and this was during spring break. The interior of this unit is the nicest of any we have stayed in at Panama City. The balcony is totally private because of its location. The only negative there is in the fact of only 1 bathroom and you must access it through the master bedroom. On this trip it was just my wife and I so no problem. Brenda quickly addressed any questions we had. Quit looking around, this is the one you want. You might find one a little cheaper but never one as nice. Thanks again!!!

Great condo!! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Spacious master bedroom and very large shower in master bathroom. Perfect location - convenient to all major attractions and shopping. Short walk on the beach to Pineapple Willy's and short drive to Pier Park. Great owners as well! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Our over-all experience was great. The condo was beautifully decorated and felt very "homey". The bed was so comfortable, the large flat screen HD televisions were fantastic, the shower was one of the nicest I've ever seen especially for a guy my size (6'3" - 320), and the patio furniture was of the highest quality. We definately want to go back.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this condo. Me and my husband and son stayed here for 2 weeks and it was absolutely wonderful. We like to stay somewhere that we feel at home when we are staying for 2 weeks and this place is like that. Me and my family are planning to stay here next year for 2 weeks again. We were not there this past year but Jan. & Feb. 2009. It is a great location. We found the property clean & well maintained. The owners always answered my questions & concerns. I would recommend this property to anyone but not the months of Jan. & Feb. We wish to stay there during these months. We are close to golf, Wal-mart, Senior Center & many nice restaurants. Breakers is our favorite.
