  We are getting settled back home after our wonderful trip to St. Martin, and we just wanted to thank you and your husband so much for letting us stay in your lovely condo! The view was absolutely amazing, and we have already been raving about it to family and friends. The condo felt warm and quaint and was in an excellent location easily accessible to major sites on the Dutch side and the French side. We also appreciate all your advice prior to and during our stay. You truly made us feel as though we were staying in a wonderful Caribbean home! Words can't express how much we enjoyed our stay. And by the way, we also had a chance to visit St. Barths and Anguilla :)

  This was our second stay at this lovely condo at Son Risa and found our total experience to be extremely delightful.The pictures provided are very accurate and the location on the first level with the pool just off the balcony was perfect. The complex is gated and sits high on a hill overlooking the ocean providing an opportunity for amazing sunsets. The owners, who we had the pleasure of meeting on our first visit, are very accommodating and dedicated to their property. They have decorated the condo attractively in Caribbean colors and provided everything necessary for a clean, comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We will be vacationing there again for the entire month of November 2012 and really look forward to our next visit. Thanks Mac and Jack for offering your charming Caribbean home so others may enjoy this special slice of paradise!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  Thank you for your help and efficiency in arranging for our visit to your very lovely condo. The place was exactly as depicted and met our comfort requirements perfectly. Having the pool next door was an added bonus it was only used by us and felt very much like our own private oasis. The condo is clean, well appointed and maintained. Having been involved in the building industry I might add the facility and apartment are rather well constructed. A bit of a surprise for island standards. We couldn't ask for more and dealing with you was a pleasure.

  We asked ourselves a few times why we had never done this before. It’s so different then the all-inclusive resorts, in that you really feel like you are living on the island. We loved grocery shopping and just doing things that all the locals do. We met people that live there, instead of people that are just vacationing. Your home is absolutely adorable and is perfect for just relaxing. It felt like home, from the time we arrived, til the time we went home.

  Everything from the kitchen, bathroom, living room, the pool, the atmosphere of the condo complex, and just the location of your place made my girlfriend and I really enjoy our vacation. We drove all over the island and we both would have to say that you guys have the nicest spot. I really appreciate everything you guys had provided, made our vacation full of happiness, relaxation, and peace.

  My wife and I loved staying at Son Risa. Everything about this condo was perfect. Sitting on the patio watching the sunsets was great. Nicely decorated and so convenience to all the things we enjoy on St. Maarten. I hope we can do it again. Thanks Mac and Jack.

  If you're looking for peace and quite, this is the spot. A great place to 'kick' back, relax and enjoy a 'cold' one. We will be back!

  My husband and I are very frequent island visitors and Son Risa is absolutely our favorite place to stay. Not only does this particular unit offer roll up shutters for sun and/or personal comfort, the complex is gated and the grounds, pool, etc. are immaculately maintained. The views are lovely, the furnishings are incredible. There is absolutely nothing a guest is required to do but relax and enjoy!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
