Located in the heart of Pelican Key is a new condominium complex open for year round rentals. Son Risa is located on a hilltop close to beaches, casinos, water-sports, shopping, nightlife, gourmet restaurants and a ferry to neighboring islands, or you can enjoy the pool just steps away. Surrounded by the most lucrative homes on the Island, this Mediterranean style building was designed to offer its visitors a view of magnificent sunsets, blue water and the perfect place to relax. The overall richness of the colors in the sky offers you the vibrancy of life while relaxing on the patio or at poolside.
The decor and furnishings are appointed to provide St. Maarten ambiance with all the accommodations to make you feel at home. Following your visit at "Son Risa" you will be filled with memories of the sunsets, azure blue water, sail boats, cruise ships and the post card beaches that surround this lovely island. One of the uniqueness of the Island is its two cultures, French and Dutch, which play host to Americans and Europeans alike in the Caribbean.

High Season - DEC 15th to APR 15th - $165.00 per night / 2 Adults
Low Season - APR 16th TO DEC 14th - $125.00 per night / 2 Adults
Check-In 3PM/Check-Out 11AM - Non-smoking unit - Pets are not permitted
Rates include all taxes, occupancy and service charges with mid week maid service
Easter Week $1,500. - Thanksgiving Week $1,300. - Christmas/New Years Week $1,800.
$300 refundable security deposit required on monthly rentals
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit
The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival

Why the Owner Chose Pelican Key
We bought at Pelican Key because of the beautiful exclusive homes surrounding Son Risa. We feel we are centrally located within 15 minutes from Phillipsburg the Dutch capital and 15 minutes from Marigot the French capital.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy overlooking the Caribbean sea and watching the beautiful sunsets. We as well as our guests enjoy our pool and love the way we decorated our "Caribbean Home" in St. Maarten flair.

We asked ourselves a few times why we had never done this before. It’s so different then the all-inclusive resorts, in that you really feel like you are living on the island. We loved grocery shopping and just doing things that all the locals do. We met people that live there, instead of people that are just vacationing. Your home is absolutely adorable and is perfect for just relaxing. It felt like home, from the time we arrived, til the time we went home.

Everything from the kitchen, bathroom, living room, the pool, the atmosphere of the condo complex, and just the location of your place made my girlfriend and I really enjoy our vacation. We drove all over the island and we both would have to say that you guys have the nicest spot. I really appreciate everything you guys had provided, made our vacation full of happiness, relaxation, and peace.

My wife and I loved staying at Son Risa. Everything about this condo was perfect. Sitting on the patio watching the sunsets was great. Nicely decorated and so convenience to all the things we enjoy on St. Maarten. I hope we can do it again. Thanks Mac and Jack.

My husband and I are very frequent island visitors and Son Risa is absolutely our favorite place to stay. Not only does this particular unit offer roll up shutters for sun and/or personal comfort, the complex is gated and the grounds, pool, etc. are immaculately maintained. The views are lovely, the furnishings are incredible. There is absolutely nothing a guest is required to do but relax and enjoy!

Your condo is gorgeous! The furniture, lamps, books, pictures, color scheme, towels (Ralph Lauren!!), kitchen utensils, TV all are beautiful. I absolutely loved the way you have decorated. Everything is so neat. Even the appliances, dishes, pots etc. in the kitchen are outstanding.
