Two miles of picturesque road winding through the property which is ideal for morning hikes, horseback riding, cross country skiing, ATVing, snowmobiling, etc. Our location is adjacent to thousands of acres of Government Land and Wilderness area, all available for you to explore.
Hop in your car for a short 20 minute drive to the town of Crested Butte, "Last Great Colorado Ski Town". Crested Butte features great skiing along with shopping in the historic district. There are also plenty of great restaurant to try.
While our home is only 5 minutes from the town of Gunnison, you will feel like you are a million miles away. Our home is tucked into a grove of Cottonwood trees, creating a feeling of seclusion. Look out the windows in any direction and you get panoramic views of mountains, pastures or stream. Open your bedroom door or window and sleep with the music of the stream in the background. You won't find a more relaxing place around, within such close proximity to any activity you can wish for.
