La Furetta is a typical Umbrian – Tuscan stone property, situated in the countryside only 4 km. from the splendid town of Todi. This property is divided onto two floors, during the restoration the owners have carefully conserved the treasures of this property such as the stone external staircase, “cotto” flooring and wooden ceiling beams. La Furetta offers its guests the sensation of being immersed in the uncontaminated nature with all the necessary comforts for what we are sure will be a memorable vacation. Thanks to the properties panoramic position, overlooking the rolling hillsides and the enchanting town of Todi, guests can either sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views or go on daily excursions to visit the numerous cities located around this property such as Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Foligno e Spoleto.
PARK: The property have about 2000 m² of garden surrounding the property, the majority of which is a crisp green lawn and secular trees providing several shaded areas, also like the wooden pergola which is equipped with table and chairs, which provide the ideal location for outside dining or simply enjoying a good glass of wine under for example the large pergola which is situated near the stone staircase, also equipped with table and benches. Also at guests disposal is a large built in barbecue.
SWIMMING POOL: The pool measures 5 x 10 m. with a depth of 1,40 m., it is situated about 20 meters from the property and it is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The pool area is fully equipped with sun lounges, umbrellas and table and chairs.
INTERIORS: La Furetta is divided onto two floors. The main entrance is situated on the opposite side of the property from the entrance gate. From the main entrance on the ground floor, one enters into the living room with corner kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. An impressive external stone staircase leads to the first floor. From the entrance one enters into the large living room with fireplace and air conditioning, where there is a large window which offers splendid views over Todi. On the left of the living room there is a twin bedroom and a the big kitchen/dining room. Whereas on the right there is a small store room which leads to the double bedroom with internal bathroom with shower, an additional double bedroom and a bathroom with bath tub. The wooden furnishings ensures that La Furetta charm couplet perfectly with the properties surrounding characteristics. Under the stairs there is a laundry room.
SERVICES INCLUDED: Water, gas for kitchen use, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, park and pool maintenance.
COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): electricity (on consumption using up to date market prices), extra cleaning when animals are present (€ 30,00 per animal per week)
SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): Extra cleaning (€ 15,00 per hour per person), extra linen change (€ 15,00 per person), weed (€ 20,00/100 kg), phone (on consumption).

- La Furetta is located close to the Medieval city of Todi, the freeway E45, connects all the most important Umbrian cities such as Perugia (45 min. drive) and Assisi (1 hour drive). The city of Orvieto is at 30 kms drive from the Castle, using the Exit of the A1 motorway, that allows you to easily reach Rome and Florence, and all the other renown towns in the area. The railway station is connected with the line of Trenitalia as well as the ones of Umbrian regional lines that connected Todi with Perugia or Terni.
