This condominium is spacious with over 1200 square feet. It was built in 2002 and is located in a gated community outside the World Class Innisbrook Golf and Tennis Resort. It is a second floor unit with an inside, air conditioned entrance and stairway. The floor plan has an open great room with the living area leading into the kitchen and dining room.
From the second floor level, the windows fill the space with lots of light and views of the tropical landscape. There is a bright sun room off the great room - perfect for lounging and relaxing. The living area contains lots of seating with a television and DVD player for entertainment. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with updated appliances and all small appliances, dinnerware, and utensils for your cooking and eating needs.
There are 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms with dressers and walk-in closets for your clothes and items. One bedroom has 2 Double beds and the other one has 1 Queen bed. There is also a separate Queen portable mattress available for additional guests.
A full-size washer and dryer is located off of the kitchen.
All linens and towels are available for your use in the condominium.
