Biltmore Estate, the largest privately owned home in the United States is 20 minutes away. We have discount tickets to the Biltmore! Grove Park Inn & Spa, a world class spa and resort, is also 20 min away. For an outdoor experience, try the Hot Spring Spa only 30 miles on US-25.
If you are feeling lucky you may try your hand at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino about an hr away.
Just a few miles to white water rafting, mountain bike riding, horseback riding, balloon rides.
Turn left away from town and hit the Blue Ridge Parkway and hiking trails.

We are NW of Asheville, NC directly off of Leicester Hwy. We are a member of the Madison County Chamber of Commerce. We are 2.2 miles into Madison County over the Buncombe Line.
You can throw your fishing pole in the French Broad River: one of the oldest rivers in the USA! Or maybe you'd try your luck at the ruby or emerald mines. If relaxing is what you'd like that's what you'll find here also! It's a golfer's paradise! Also there is Smiley's Flea Market in nearby Hendersonville, one of the largest in the South.
Whatever your fancy you are going to find it here. We have a beautiful brand new cabin that you will find clean fresh and bright.
Let's not forget the parents of the college students. Our place is a great place to stay while visiting your loved ones here in Asheville, Mars Hill and the surrounding areas.
Our place has all the the things that home has. I've got the best plush towels, and the kitchen is fully stocked. We have beautiful paintings from the local artists, there is some books and games... we've tried to make it real comfortable so you'll come back. It's just a nice place to be on your North Carolina Vacation!

I spent the first 48 years in Ohio just south of Cleveland and retired from a management position in industrial quality. I grew up in the city and started moving out to the country as soon as I finished school. Spent most of my life in overcast days of Lake Erie until we moved to Leicester, NC which is 18 miles NW of Asheville, NC where the skies are so blue that they inspired me to start making turquoise jewelry made from the sleeping beauty mine because of their unique beautiful blue color!

When this property became available on the same mountain that we live on I couldn't resist buying it and having the opportunity to share this wonderful place with others.
