  So glad we were able to stay in this very centrally located studio in the Belltown neighborhood. We could have easily done without a car had we not booked a whale watching trip that was an hour and a half away. The unit was exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. We really liked the King sized bed, as the only time we spent in the unit was sleeping. So many other things to do!! The Condo is a nice walk to everything including Space Needle, Pikes Place Market, the Waterfront, Pioneer Square, and great restaurants, very close by. This was a food trip for just my wife an I.....we left the kids with Grandma and Grandpa. I would highly recommend taking the Savour Seattle group tour of the Pike Place Market, very informative!! When we compared this to a comparable hotel... this is definitely the way to go. Parking at a hotel would run about $20 a day at a hotel, not to mention this was just a great place to stay. Thanks Katrina, for all the wonderful recommendations and for making our trip a great experience

  Where do I start? Unit was great. It was a little small for us house dwellers but we made do. Location was perfect. It was right in the middle of everything...the Needle, Pikes, the waterfront, etc. Underground parking was a little small but we did rent a tank! Plenty of street parking if you are just running back to unit. We were there three mornings and at breakfast at Macrina Bakery, which is located right in the building, every day. There is also a well-stocked mini market in the building. Unit was well stocked. Kitchen and washer/dryer came in handy. Fold out couch was quite comfortable. As I said unit is small but your there to see Seattle not stay inside right? I hope to make it back to Seattle one day and won't hesitate to return to this unit. If you are traveling with other ask Katrina about her other units. We had two units on one floor which came in VERY handy!

  It has taken me way too long to say THANK YOU so very much for the wonderful place to stay in Belltown. We loved it, to me it was just perfect. I will continue to recomend and boast about your place and hopefully we can get back to Seattle someday soon. Thank you, Brenna

  The listing is accurate and the only surprises were pleasant ones. The unit was quiet at night. I think the location is hard to beat. Easy to walk downtown or to the Clipper at Pier 69. You can catch a bus right outside the front door, or walk a couple blocks up to 3rd Ave and catch a bus anywhere. (Check out the app "One Bus Away" - it's a great navigation aid!) We didn't have a car, but the parking downstairs would have been very convenient. There are a variety of places to eat or drink within a couple blocks. My wife wasn't super-comfortable on the street late at night; I didn't share her concern. Katrina communicated all the details and answered our questions, and graciously accommodated our schedule change. The apartment was very clean. If we were going back to Seattle I'd try for this unit first, and wouldn't bother to look elsewhere. The only thing that wasn't 100% satisfactory was the sofa sleeper. We didn't use it as a sleeper, but the cushions were less comfortable than I'd like for sitting.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  5 Stars for the condo, it is charming, clean and fully equipped. Decorated like a french cottage, even a chandelier in the bathroom. I forgot to mention, the bed was so comfy, a huge King Size. The only negative, and the reason I gave it 4 Stars is due to the area, but it only applies to late night (take a cab). During the day it is fine, great location, restaurants, bakery, Starbuck and within walking distance to Pike's Place. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We had the most amazing time in Seattle in October 2010...and must say that this studio was in part responsible. It is in the absolute perfect location...within walking distance to everything, after the car was parked we never used it again. The studio was super clean, spacious and extremely charming. We can't wait to visit Seattle again and without a doubt will stay here again!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
