The course has 27 holes of golf, natural preserves and quarry filled lakes.
The unit has natural light as a result of it being a corner unit with side windows. It was chosen by Lennar to be one of it's models. Professionally furnished and decorated by Lenny's Furniture. All you need to bring with you is your clothing,tooth brushe and golf clubs.
The condo has a large Flat panel LCD TV with true 1080p High Definition and a Digital Recorder (so you don't miss any of your favorite televition shows if you are not home) in the living room and a 19" flat panel TV in the master bedroom. It also has a sleeper sofa for two in the den. The unit has three cordless phones, large secure storage for bikes, clubs etc.
The unit has all the amenities you would expect in a luxury rental. A fully equipped kitchen, screened in lanai with electric BBQ. There is a beautiful view from the lanai. It over looks water and the golf course.
Heritage Bay is ideally located. It's approximately 20 minutes from Southwest Florida Airport (Ft Myers Airport), just 10 minutes to the beaches, and 4 miles to I75.

My husband and I just spent the month of January 2011 at this condo. It is a fine place to rent, clean , neat, very well equiped kitchen, every thing you need is in great condition. Good golf and close enough to both Bonita Springs and Old Naples. Very good food at the club house. I would recommend this rental to anyone . The landlord is very cooperative and helpful. The only thing you'll need is good weather! Jo-Ann C

My wife and I stayed at this property last year and are returning for November, 2010. We have stayed at other properties at Heritage Bay and at Cypress Woods and have to say that this one far exceeds anything we have experienced. This is a top class rental property and if you are confused by all the properties on offer then there is absolutely no need to look any further. The owner is extremely helpful and his response time is awsome!!! I can only recommend that you book now to avoid dissapointment.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
