My newly remodeled townhome is the perfect place for the Ultimate Vacation or Honeymoon, with my Bed and Breakfast Package. It is located in the exciting village of Point Venture. Point Venture is on Lake Travis, 20 miles northwest of Austin in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Lake Travis is 44,000 acres of cool, clean, fun - full of many coves to swim and relax. We also have a sand island you can boat or swim to!
You can enjoy beautiful views of the lake and golf course while you relax on our decks or walk down to the park to jump in for a swim. You can also hand feed friendly deer in the back yard that roam around all hours of the day. Two wood burning fireplaces make for an enchanted evening.
Our townhome is a two-story home with "beachy" furnishings! We have three bedrooms, two baths, and two decks to accommodate 8-10 people. The master has a queen-size bed with a private deck and bathroom with a separate vanity. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen-size bed with an unattached bathroom. Then, our third bedroom is the kids' retreat that has two sets of twin beds. There is a queen futon in the second living room also.
You will have access to the gated 50-acre waterfront park which has two boat ramps, children's playground, picnic tables, barbeque pits, and pavilion. You rarely have to wait to launch your boat.
There are many activities to choose from in the gated community of Point Venture. We have a 9-hole public golf course with a driving range, putting green, and pro shop. We also have a Olympic size pool and tennis courts that are right out our front door.
The Point Venture Marina, located at the mouth of our cove, provides a fuel dock, a store, and Pier on the Lake (formerly Shades Cafe). There are watercraft rentals located across the lake and are easily accessible with the Water Taxi. Pier on the Lake and Water Taxi only operate in the summer season.
