- Unit has a parking pass to the Myrtle Beach State Park (appx 5 miles from condo) and a pass to the Huntington State Park (appx 10 miles away). Both State Parks are ocean front, have ample parking, public restrooms, picnic areas and walking trails. Myrtle Beach State Park has a pier. Mr. C's Bicycle Shop, Business 17, Surfside Beach rents bicycles by the day or week for a very reasonable price. (5-7 minutes from The Treehouse. Surrounding neighborhoods are calm and peaceful and a great place to cycle. I used to cycle to my choice of 3 grocery stores and carry home two bags of groceries in my backpack. The library is a little over a mile away and the journey through the peaceful neighborhoods is so enjoyable. A playground in a shady park with swings and slides joins the Surfside Library property. Well-maintained public tennis courts are also located by the Park and Surfside Library.

As an avid gardener and nature lover I fell in love with this cozy home at first sight. The view from the sunroom was like being on a tropical island. I lived here for almost 2 years when making some life changes and it was my sanctuary and a healing place that inspired creativity. It fulfilled my need for a peaceful place to slow down, relax and regroup.
Why the Owner Chose South Bay East
The location of the condo is so convenient to shopping, restaurants and golfing. Situated between Business 17 and ByPass 17, I can be in Myrtle Beach or Murrells Inlet in 15 minutes. The neighborhoods that surround this area are beautiful, quiet and a great place to walk or ride bikes.
I love sitting at the pool with neighbors to watch the sun set. The pool deck and grilling patio are perfect places to socialize outside and the spectacular sunsets and cloudscapes provide a different artistic canvas every evening.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I call this home "The Treehouse" because of the incredible 3rd floor view of the palm and pine trees, pool and lake. It reminds me of the treehouse I had growing up and playing in the woods. The atmosphere of this property inspires the simplicity of youthful living filled with wonder, curiosity and joy.

Just returned from two week stay at Treehouse At the Beach.We had a wonderful time weather was great beaches were five minutes from apartment and so very clean with lots of space and most important room to park and walk onto the beach. All the amenities one could need were at the apartment including extra blankets and pillows beach towels.The place was very clean and well looked after. Really enjoyed the "library" on days when we had a little rain. Thank-you for a great family vacation.Hope to visit again in the future.

Our family stayed at the Treehouse at the Beach condo and had a lovely time. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and well maintained. The pool area was lovely, and the condo was very close to the beach and other main attractions in the Myrtle Beach area. The pass to the State Parks was an excellent perk provided by the owner.

Thanks Patti for opening up your home to us. We were very comfortable and pleased with the accommodations. The condo is spacious, clean, well equipped, and provided all that we needed to make our stay feel like home. It was nice to be able to stay away from the busy beach scene during Spring break while still being close to restaurants, stores, and attractions. We did a lot of property searching before choosing the Treehouse and we are confident we got an awesome value for our money. We will definitely be returning.

Our two week stay was more than we expected. The cleanliness, decor and amenities were wonderful. The condo was perfectly located to easily discover N. Myrtle Beach down to Charleston. We used your free park passes almost daily for Myrtle Beach and Huntington Beach State Parks. We loved walking the oceanfront, trails, collecting shells and viewing the wildlife. While at Huntington Beach, we observed a dolphin and an alligator! We love to golf and brought our clubs with us. Winter low-season golf is the best--not too expensive, too crowded or too hot. We saved from 50% to 70% off the normal high-season rates and played top notch courses, our favorite being Pawleys Island. We highly recommend your condo for a vacation full of diverse activities or a quiet day lounging around with one of your great books from the condo library. We look forward to returning some day.

Our family really enjoyed the quiet setting of the treehouse for our vacation. With all of the travelers along the coast you would never know it once arriving at our home away from home. The location was very convenient to all of the attractions and yet it was away from all the craziness of the busy traffic and people of the area. We used the state park pass daily to visit Huntington Beach State park which has gorgeous beach area and each evening our kids would take a final swim in the lovely pool outside of the treehouse. We would definately stay in the treehouse again and have recommended it to others we know. Thanks Patti!

The Treehouse at the Beach was the perfect place for our family. It was a short drive to the beach, 15ish minutes to the Myrtle Beach attractions. It was so peaceful and relaxing I can't imagine any place better. The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get up and unit was immaculately clean. We have no complaints at all. You will fall in love w/master closet. Great view of pool that was lit up all night.
