We feel very fortunate to have found this little gem for a spontaneous long weekend getaway for Memorial Day weekend. We were greeted by the owner's friendly property manager who gave us a full tour of the place. The condo was beautifully decorated with an elegant Asian touch, reflecting peace and relaxation. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped - didn't find a thing that was missing! Although we spent most of our time at the ocean or in the nearby magical Brookgreen Gardens, had we had more time, the swimming pool would have been another bonus pleasure! We love the location too - away from the commercial fray of Myrtle Beach, yet close enough to visit should the urge strike. This was a great price, right in between the two major highways where everything is located it was very quiet and relaxing. It came with a pass to the state parks, nice pool too. There was plenty of room, and it was really easy to get to. This is a FULLY FURNISHED condo, everything you need. Close to the ocean, nice pool and tons of nice places to eat at.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We just returned from a wonderful family Christmas at the beach. The Treehouse is a truly great place to stay. The condo itself is very spacious and well equipped with everything from a complete kitchen to comfortable bedrooms with extra blankets, pillows and towels. Patti was a wonderful owner/hostess and even provided us with extra Christmas comforts such as lights for decorating our tree and classic Christmas movies. The proximity of the condo to the beach, restaurants, shopping and other attractions was very convenient for daily entertainment, dining out or quiet meals at home. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family who will be visiting Myrtle Beach in the future. Thanks for helping to make our 2012 Christmas special and unique!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed the location, it was close to several beaches and to major shopping areas. The other residents we also very kind and helpful. A peaceful environment suitable for anyone!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The condo was clean. There are great neighbors that could help with suggestions on things to do and where to eat! Very quite on a lake. I would rent again if I was going to S.C..Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This is truly a great place to stay....It was extremely clean and well equiped....We found ourselves feeling at home here. A place one can relax and enjoy all that there is to offer in Myrtle Beach. It is close to everything. The State Park Pass was an added bonus..We were made to feel very welcome by all that the met around the complex. We certainly will recommend this unit to our friends looking for a great place in Myrtle Beach and will certainly go back there when we next visit the area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Just returned from two week stay at Treehouse At the Beach.We had a wonderful time weather was great beaches were five minutes from apartment and so very clean with lots of space and most important room to park and walk onto the beach. All the amenities one could need were at the apartment including extra blankets and pillows beach towels.The place was very clean and well looked after. Really enjoyed the "library" on days when we had a little rain. Thank-you for a great family vacation.Hope to visit again in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family stayed at the Treehouse at the Beach condo and had a lovely time. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and well maintained. The pool area was lovely, and the condo was very close to the beach and other main attractions in the Myrtle Beach area. The pass to the State Parks was an excellent perk provided by the owner.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

We found the Treehouse to be just as advertised. It has all the amenities and was clean and ready for our family. The location was perfect and having the park pass was a great help. Thanks Patti for opening up your home to us. We were very comfortable and pleased with the accommodations. The condo is spacious, clean, well equipped, and provided all that we needed to make our stay feel like home. It was nice to be able to stay away from the busy beach scene during Spring break while still being close to restaurants, stores, and attractions. We did a lot of property searching before choosing the Treehouse and we are confident we got an awesome value for our money. Our two week stay was more than we expected. The cleanliness, decor and amenities were wonderful. The condo was perfectly located to easily discover N. Myrtle Beach down to Charleston. We used your free park passes almost daily for Myrtle Beach and Huntington Beach State Parks. We loved walking the oceanfront, trails, collecting shells and viewing the wildlife. While at Huntington Beach, we observed a dolphin and an alligator! We love to golf and brought our clubs with us. Winter low-season golf is the best--not too expensive, too crowded or too hot. We saved from 50% to 70% off the normal high-season rates and played top notch courses, our favorite being Pawleys Island. We highly recommend your condo for a vacation full of diverse activities or a quiet day lounging around with one of your great books from the condo library. Our family really enjoyed the quiet setting of the treehouse for our vacation. With all of the travelers along the coast you would never know it once arriving at our home away from home. The location was very convenient to all of the attractions and yet it was away from all the craziness of the busy traffic and people of the area. We used the state park pass daily to visit Huntington Beach State park which has gorgeous beach area and each evening our kids would take a final swim in the lovely pool outside of the treehouse. We would definately stay in the treehouse again and have recommended it to others we know. The Treehouse at the Beach was the perfect place for our family. It was a short drive to the beach, 15ish minutes to the Myrtle Beach attractions. It was so peaceful and relaxing I can't imagine any place better. The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get up and unit was immaculately clean. We have no complaints at all. Hello Patty -- I personally would like to thank you for allowing me and my family to share your beautiful home at Treehouse at the Beach. Ms. Naida Adams was truly a sweet-heart. She took time to explain how to get around the city as well as critique us on where everything in the unit was. Everything in the unit was was so neat, clean and orderly. When we walked in, immediatley it felt like home. My family had a great time -- my grandsons did not want to leave, but school started the following week (August 24th). We had the chance to meet the neighbors in the Treehouse development and they all were very helpful and friendly. There was so much to do in such a short time --we would like to extend our days on our next visit (hopefully two weeks). Naida was so helpful -- she gave dynamite directions of where to find everything, especially the amusement parks for the children. The beach was awesome --- everything was just great!!!!!!!! My husband and I have visited Myrtle Beach twice, but your living quarters at Treehouse at the Beach was awesome!!!! We don't have to look anywhere else -- we have our spot --"TREEHOUSE AT THE BEACH." Thank you again for sharing your lovely home -- everything was decent and in order. All I can say is, WE WILL BE BACK. Please say hello to Naida, my grandsons truly enjoyed her family's company at the pool. We truly look forward to seeing her again. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the "Treehouse at the Beach"! We were pleased to find all of the comforts that a vacation home could possibly offer at a reasonable rate and a great (quiet) location. We've just returned from a terrific vacation to Surfside Beach, made all the better by having such a clean, bright, very tastefully decorated, wonderfully relaxing--and exceptionally affordable--place to call home while we were there. The condo is convenient to the beach, shopping, convention center-everything. It's in a small, quiet condo community with lovely palms and huge pines all around--we really barely knew anyone else lived in the building! I appreciated having a washer/dryer right there in the unit, and the girls loved that the kitchen was so well equipped (we made fruit smoothies in the blender every day). We all enjoyed riding our bikes to the beach at dawn on several days and picking up gorgeous shells. Really, there isn't enough space here to describe what a great place this is.
