The property is only a two minute drive to Playa Conchal (a 12 minute walk to the beach, or 7/10 of a mile), three minutes to Playa Real (Pirate's Bay), 10 minutes to Brasilito Beach, 20 minutes from Playa Tamarindo, 12 minutes to Playa Grande and 15 minutes to Playa Flamingo.
This home features a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and can sleep up to 10 (8 in beds plus a queen size air mattress upon request). This two-story floor plan is spacious (2300 SF) and has a family room with Satellite TV, Free WiFI Internet (on your laptop), dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a one-car garage, air conditioning throughout, washer/Dryer, linens provided and a security alarm. Maid service available for an additional fee. Wonderful private pool to relax in and nice lounge chairs to soak up the sun. The community flora abounds with ginger, banana trees, various palms, bamboo, and many other tropical varieties which attract the humming birds, butterflies, monkeys, and parrots.
The property is located in Montanas de Conchal secure community at the south end of Conchal Beach, which offers 24 hour caretaker and guard service. Gardener on site. This home is an absolute value and costs much less than staying at area hotels.

We also can book all of your rental car and tour needs at discounted prices! A rental car or private transport is necessary for our area since public transportation is located 2 miles away in the neighboring town of Matapalo.

Playa Conchal is a beautiful white sand beach with great snorkeling and swimming. The property is located close to some truly pristine beaches (Conchal, Pirate's Bay and Minas to name a few). The views from the property are fantastic--great ocean and jungle views. The area is full of great scenery, wildlife and tranquility. The home is located in a secure community with 24 hour security.

This a wonderful property off the beaten path giving you a taste of the real Costa Rica. We visited with 3 very young children and felt safe and comfortable. The property management is excellent! When we come back we will definitely rent from them again!

My wife and I stayed at this handsome and comfortable home with three other couples. We had just finished a three day stay in the mountains. It was a great change of location -- near the beach and nice places to eat but yet quiet and tranquil. We saw as many noteworthy birds within walking distance of the house as we had seen in the mountains. Nearby beaches were great and not crowded. Water simply beautiful. Locals friendly and helpful when directions or other info was needed. I highly recommend it.

This was a great house to stay in. Beautiful teak spiral stairs, an awesome patio and ice cold AC. Nothing like having a fresh cup of coffee on the porch, listening to the monkeys, and watching the sun rise. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this house for a little over a week and had a blast. It's great for a group and in a central location to Playa Grande, Playa Flamingo, and Tamarindo. You can see and here the monkeys and exotic birds while relaxing on the 2 story porch. We had the housekeeper arrange a fishing trip and got picked up at the beach down the street. Great surfing is 10 min away in Playa Grande and its easy to get to from the Liberia airport. Good times! I want to go back!

The house was wonderful. It was perfect for what we wanted to do in Costa Rica. The beaches were close, the birds were beautiful, the area was quiet, and the people friendly. Great place to stay, large enough for a group. We enjoyed the local restaurants, fishing, snorkling, and surfing. We will go again, one day. Don't forget your binoculars if you like wildlife or birding. We rented a 4-wheel drive 4Runner to get around and had no problems.
