This was the best experience we've had on a vacation. It was so great to be able to walk around all day and come "home" and cook a meal and relax. It really does offer everything your own home would have and is a quite neighborhood. Grocery store is 2-3 blocks away and the walk to downtown wasn't that bad either! Very clean and comfy! Loved this place and if we ever get back to Seattle we will checking to see if there is an apt available at The Maple!! Property owners were very helpful with all the questions we had and it was very helpful to have extra info on the area when we checked in (cab numbers, grocery store addresses...). Will be recommending this place to anyone we know is going to Seattle!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children.

perfect location close to public transit for those without a rental car. Nearby grocery stores, shopping, restaurants. Check out the local " Groupon" for restaurant and sightseeing deals. Clean, stocked full kitchen with all utensils to make anything you want. Nicely decorated. We went when it was warm so owners brought in a fan...came in handy :) Bus ride down the hill to Seattle Centre. Good walking area with lots of shopping, Pike Place market, Glass Blowers, and take a ride on the "Ducks" for reasonable cost of sight seeing with a dip in the bay ( amphibious vehicle). Light Rail can bring you in from Sea Tac to Westlake Centre ( downtown) for $2.75...take a cab from there for about $8. Owners very nice and accommodating. If you have a wide vehicle, parking at the rear is tricky via a side drive. When visiting Seattle, the Maple is the place to go and reasonably priced !!

My girlfriend and I stayed here to experience the quintessential parts of Seattle. It is in a great location, close to basically anything one would like to do in the city. The apartment is nicely appointed, with a comfortable queen bed and down comforter. Everything was perfectly clean, which is sadly not the norm with rentals. The kitchen is a perfect size with pots, and pans supplied for those that want to cook up what they bought at the market. Also, the surrounding residential area is nice and quiet. We definitely recommend staying here, and look forward to coming back in the future!

Quiet location. Comfortable, clean rooms. Trendy area. close to down town Seattle, but not in walking distance. Easy to find off I5. Very tight parking (make sure you have small rental car), but nice to have off street parking. One of the nicest apartments we have had in area. Had minor problem with repair and owners came over and fixed in a timely manner. For basement (E) apartment, take both sets of keys out of lock box so meter maid does not come in on you to check water meters in basement. Overall nice stay and will stay again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers.

I absolutely love staying here. This garden level apartment is spacious, clean, bright, fully stocked with all the conveniences you can think of, and most of all comfortable. You also cannot beat the location. I would definitely recommend paying for the additional parking available behind the building since it gives you direct access to your entrance and off-street parking (on street parking can be hard to come by). I was also amazed at how quiet this unit was. I have stayed at other units in this building and really enjoyed how private and quiet this unit felt. I will always recommend the Maple to my family and friends.

I can honestly say I have never stayed anywhere better than the Maple. It is precisely what is advertised, except that actually being there is a better experience than can possibly be communicated in a list of amenities. We had a wonderful time in every particular. The apartment was beautifully clean, well maintained, and located near to dozens and dozens of great choices for eating and entertainment. It is close enough to downtown Seattle and the waterfront to get there easily and cheaply (I even walked it twice), But we actually enjoyed the neighborhood so much that we didn't feel the need to always be looking for something better. There were so many interesting shops and such a variety of restaurants and bars that we never had to do the same thing twice. After exhausting days, the apartment was a beautiful and restful place to kick back, enjoy our treasures and relax. The bed must be top of the line, as it was excellent. One more thing. Madison and Marc are amazing landlords. They are not only friendly, they are capable, knowledgeable, and available. We were enchanted by them and intend to stay only at The Maple when we come to Seattle again.

We stayed here for 3 nights to attend an event in the capitol Hill area. The apartment is very nice and very clean. The location is awesome, we walked all over the area to the many wonderful parks, shops, restaurants, and clubs including our favorites of Volunteer Park, Coastal Kitchen, Elysian Brewery, and Via Tribunali to name a few. This was an outstanding find for us and we will use again next time we are in Seattle. One word of caution though, the driveway to the parking area is pretty narrow, our full size sedan just squeezed through. Definitely not something i'd want to take a truck or SUV down.
