This villa is located adjacent to the world-class George Fazio Golf Course with a fabulous view of the ninth fairway. Palmetto Dunes’ 3-mile stretch of beach is just a short 10-minute walk or bike ride away. Just steps from the unit is a large pool and children’s playground. Also, free on-demand transportation service is available to the beach or to local shopping and restaurants.
This is two-story villa, with two bedrooms and two full baths. The living and kitchen areas are open and spacious. Comfortably sleeps six. The master bedroom is on the main level and contains a king-size bed. The upstairs bedroom contains two queen-size beds. TV's are located in both bedrooms. The villa is tastefully decorated and neatly kept.

My daughter and her husband stayed here during our annual Christmas week family reunion. Nicely decorated, beautiful golf course views and very clean. Communication with the owners was very easy.

This condo unit is a great rental. Clean. great location near golf course, tennis courts, plenty of bike paths. Community pool and pavilion is a great spot for a barbeque with the family. A small park is right next to pool for the kids. Highly recommend this rentals.

I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation stay in Hilton Head Island. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The large old trees are fabulous around this condo and they offer great wildlife entertaining. It is right on the Faxio Golf Course. The beach is very close and convenient. You'll have a great time!

My husband & I stayed in this unit in August 2010 and enjoyed our visit. The condo was clean, bright, nicely decorated and comfortable. Property was exactly as pictured in the photos on VRBO. The owners have provided a good selection of books & DVD's (and also a few games). It was very quiet and had a nice view overlooking the golf course. We used the pool one afternoon and also visited the beach. Hilton Head appears to be a great place for families (tons of bike trails and a lot of kids activities during the summer). We recommend eating at Skull Creek Boathouse and the Old Oyster Factory. If you are interested in seeing Daufuskie Island be sure to call in advance and find out about the trip schedule - we were mislead by the advertisement in one of the visitor's guide books and were not able to go on that excursion.

We stayed at this property in June 2010, and found the unit exactly as described. It has a beautiful view from the back deck and living/dining area to the greens of the golf course, and is just a 2 minute walk to the pool. The unit is tastefully decorated, and is one of, if not, THE nicest unit we have stayed in, in Hilton Head and Palmetto Dunes, and we have been coming here for over 6 years and have stayed in various subdivisions in Palmetto Dunes. We plan on making this our regular return location!
