SUPERBLY LOCATED - TWO MINUTES WALK FROM KENSINGTON PALACE GARDENS AND HYDE PARK. 10 TO 15 MINUTES WALK TO PARK LANE AND OXFORD STREET.
THIS IS OUR HOME WHICH WE RENT OUT ON OCCASIONS WHEN WE ARE OUT OF TOWN.
A small but very comfortable,cosy, quiet and, very importantly for us - SUPERBLY LOCATED.
The flat has been recently completely refurbished and is fully furnished as a home.
Located on the fourth floor overlooking a quiet side street, the flat is totally south facing and receives excellent light and very little noise.
Wooden floors throughout, Open plan living room/kitchen, modern bathroom and two double bedrooms.
A lovely home which is our London base when in the city.
And what a location!! The best possible: Situated within a lovely white stucco building on a wonderful treelined avenue with five tube lines - Central,District, Circle, Hammersmith and City and Bakerloo lines. Both Lancaster Gate and Paddington Stations are within a two minute walk.
The entrances to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are just a two minute walk away.
Ten minutes across the park to The Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace and the shops of Kensington.
A walk across the park will also bring you to Mayfair or Knightsbridge.
If you do not want to take one of the many and frequent buses to Oxford street - a five minute run to Marble Arch, you could take a pleasant walk in under 15 minutes.
A wonderful and extremely convenient London base.
WE PREFER TO HAVE TWO PEOPLE MAXIMUM but would rent out to up to 4 people at an extra cost of 15 pounds per night per person - ONLY TO VERY RELIABLE, RESPECTFUL PEOPLE. THIS IS NOT A FLAT FOR PARTYING.
Bedroom 1 is small but with a King sized bed - very comfortable, up against the wall and window. Whoever sleeps on the inside , if two of you share, has to clamber over the other to get out. It is a very nice room but small. Built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 is larger and with a double bed - also pushed up against the wall and window. Magnificently large window. PARENTS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THE WINDOW OPENS WIDE AND IT IS POSSIBLE TO FALL OUT.
We are unable to clear all personal belongings but we would clear spaces for clothes storage. Others have been very happy with the arrangement.
We are very human and realise you wish to be treated well, as much as we do. We would be delighted to help you with your London stay and I can assure you of a comfortable stay in a superbly convenient location if you are happy to stay in our private home. Naturally, the flat will be only for you when you rent it.
NOTE: If you have pet allergies please note we have a delightful small dog who will stay with friends when we are away.

"Your apt. was everything I had hoped and more! Very comfortable (once we managed to find out how to open the loer door!)and conveniently located! Mina was very helpful and told us about the supermarket, teh washing machine, etc."
