  We loved everything about the condo!!! The view was spectacular. Loved the covered parking garage especially since it was stormy one day. The appliances were in new condition. The pool was gorgeous and extremely clean as was the entire complex. We definitely would love to stay here again. Angela was very friendly and responded quickly to my many emails :). The condo itself was very spacious and well laid out. Once again excellent all the way around!!!

  We stayed in this condo last year for our family vacation!!! It's wonderful and I highly recommend. We are going back this year and we're so excited. We will stay here every year if it's available!!! It's a great location and convenient to most everything. The condo was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The owner has done a fabulous job!!! Thanks for allowing us to rent!!

  We spent March 2012 at the condo. We found the 4th floor location in the building to be great. March break can be busy, but you can easily avoid the elevators and walk up to the unit. Our grandchildren spent a week with us and we all loved the view just above the palm trees with the pool and gulf behind. The option of the heated pool in tower 2 was a great bonus. Fantastic large balcony-private and great for sunning. The unit is well equipped, clean and well maintained. Owner was very helpful and understanding as our payment was late being mailed from Canada. We would recommend this property to others. We find the access to the building off of Middle Beach Road an asset. We loved the Bonefish Grill that is so handy on the property and also recommend Carabba's and Firefly as great restaurants close by.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  My husband and I stayed here in November 2011. We found the condo to be in excellent shape, very comfortable, and in a wonderful location within the resort. Our favorite part was the extra large balcony overlooking the beach and pool area. It was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

  We just spent a week at PCB for the 4th of July! The condo was so nice! All our friends staying at other places just loved the the granite in kitchen with the benches and the furniture was the nicest of all the condos!! We were all very impressed!! Once we figured out the crazy parking deck & found out there is a back entrance and exit it from the parking deck it was so easy to come & go from property! We even walked to Bonefish Grill & Another Broken Egg on several days!! Being on the 4th floor makes it a gorgeous view - your just above the Palm trees and can still see all the action. Just a really great place!! Ms. Willard was so pleasant & easy to work with. The whole trip was just total enjoyment!!

  This was our first VRBO stay. Once we checked in and found the condo was even nicer than the pictures posted, along with a great view of the ocean and pool, we knew we had made a great choice! The bedrooms are not huge but served the beach purpose -a place to rest at night. The children loved the bunk beds! We came to Panama City Beach for our daughter to compete in a UCA cheerleading competition. All of the events were within walking distance from the condo. For the times we got away for dinner or shopping, we discovered the property is very close to Pier Park. We will be looking forward to booking again next year.

  My 3 children and I just spent 5 wonderful days in this condo. It was perfect. Amazing view. Clean and modern inside and out. I would reccommend this to anyone looking for a get away. PCB has something for everyone. I have children from 4-15yrs of age and everyone was thrilled with our stay. The Gulf is beautiful and the water is clean. I hope everyone enjoys their stay as much as we did. I will be back to rent again no dought!!! Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

  We stayed at this condo the first week of March 2011. It is amazing! The view of the pool and ocean are breath taking (exactly what you see in the photo) from the balcony, master bedroom and living room. The condo is very comfortable with updated decor. The owner is wonderful to work with, very honest and polite. The rate was very affordable. You couldn't ask for a better vacation place. If we are in this area again, we would love to be able to stay here.

  We were there from 5-22-2010 to 3-29-2010 and had a wonderful time! The place looks exactly like the pictures! There is a king sized bed in the Master, great Master bath, Queen sized bed in the other bedroom and the bunk beds and a couch that makes a bed. There were 3 46" flat screen TV's along with 3 DVD players in the condo!! The condo was also very bright and cheery. There is a full kitchen (if you want to cook!) and the since you are on the 4th floor, the view from the balcony is wonderful! There is a table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. You are just a few feet from the beautiful white sandy beach. There is a huge pool, kiddie pool and a hot tub outside. Your car is under a covered garage with a cat walk from your condo to the garage. There is a place called Pier Park and it has shopping and lots of places to eat! You have to try Five Guys and Fries! They make their own burgers and fries daily!! There is an ice cream place called the Marble Slab there also and has some of the best Ice cream! Then there is a Marine Park which is great for families, also putt putt golf. There also were lots of people Parasailing on the water too! Lots to do and see in Panama City! I can't wait to go back to the condo again! Had a Wonderful time! The owner was super to deal with also!! Everyone was friendly and everything was neat and tidy.... GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!
