Comfortable updated place on 4.5 acres...birds, hawks, owls, turkeys, dragonflies, trees, lawns, roses, grape arbors, wisteria, apples, pears, blackberries, persimmons, plums.

2 BR/2BA house with hardwood floors, fireplace, laundry room. The living room couch makes into a small twin bed or an aerobed is available if needed, (5 total). Living room with fireplace and views of the big garden.

Large formal dining area with immediate access to back yard with lawn, ferns, plum tree, crab apple, pear trees, rose and much more. Sycamore trees, maple and aspens change color in fall. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dual fuel range, dishwasher, refrigerator. Through kitchen is laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Master bedroom with private bathroom with claw foot tub. Nice views of trees including Fuyu persimmon tree outside the window. When the leaves change it floods the room with a beautiful gold orange glow.

The private back yard of the house has trellised patio,lawn area,and steps to the upper acres. It is great for viewing birds and other wildlife.

The big garden has apple and pear trees, blackberries, foxglove, borage, lions tail, lavender, roses and more. Also, butterflies, dragonflies, hummingbirds, hawks, luna moths and of course, deer. 7 minutes to Pacific Market (a gourmet market in Sebastopol). Approximately 15 minutes to Bodega Bay. Less than 10 minutes to the town of Occidental, Osmosis Spa and Freestone Bakery.

Beautiful garden with gravel paths and pretty flowers in the spring and summer. Don't forget to check out the stone waterway, feels like a different climate a nice cool place to relax on hot days. An extra pair of flat shoes are a good idea for walking on the gravel paths. This property was named Owl Hill because the owls will call back and forth to each other from the tree tops. Gorgeous property in every season.

In another building on the property is a large one bedroom unit that can be made available if your group is larger.
