Serenity awaits you at 170 Sabal Drive on Fort Myers Beach. This home is nested on a quiet residential street, just a minute walk to the beach, and a hop, skip and a jump to Estero Bay. Enjoy fishing from Estero Bay on the streets deeded dock, complete with fish cleaning station, snook lights, and sitting areas for those who want to watch the beautiful scenery of Estero Bay. This very large home has just undergone a year of renovations. New kitchens, bathrooms, furnishings, linens, all await your arrival.
Broken into three separate living areas, the main, upstairs portion of the home consists of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, and full kitchen. It sleeps a maximum of 6 person’s total.
The very large master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV with VHS player, sitting area, large walk-in closet, private en suite full bathroom, and rear exterior deck overlooking the backyard, Estero Bay and the homes private pool.
The second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds, cable TV’s and share a full bathroom in the hallway. The guest bathroom has a jetted whirlpool tub and shower, along with full size washer and dryer.
The living room is expansive with two walls of windows to let in the natural light and take in the views of Estero Bay and the quiet neighborhood. Enjoy your favorite show on the large screen TV with surround sound, or watch a movie on the DVD/VHS combo player. Listen to the full size stereo system or connect to the free high speed cable internet at the desk.
The new kitchen is complete with beautiful custom cabinetry, all new appliances and porcelain tile counters. Everything you could possibility want or need, for preparing anything from a simple bowl of cereal to a gourmet meal, has been provided for you. Enjoy your meals at the dining room table or at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.
The lower level of the house sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. Here you’ll find a full bathroom, washer and dryer, along with a separate living area, bedroom, and large screened in sitting area. The living area has a full kitchen, with new maple cabinets, all appliances, and every amenity for your cooking desires.
The living room has a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area, along with cable TV, DVD player, and a 5 in 1 game table for your enjoyment. The separate bedroom has a queen size bed and in-room TV with VHS player for late night movies in bed. There is also a large screened in sitting area for relaxing and curling up with a good book.
Located over the two car garage you’ll find the redone carriage house apartment with sleeping for 3 persons. This great area has a full bathroom, and a kitchen with a full size fridge, two burner cook top, double sink and microwave. Of course all cooking utensils, pot and pans, dishes, etc. have also been provided here as well. There is a queen size bed, twin day bed, cable TV, dining and living area, along with an exterior elevated deck overlooking the pool and back yard.
Enjoy swimming in the newly redone, heated pool. The pool is electric heated and maintained at a comfortable 84-86F for your swimming pleasure. It’s enclosed in its own screened in room to keep the pool free of debris and bugs.
The backyard is a great relaxing natural area. Full of Florida flora and fauna, you’ll love the various tropical trees and flowers. Pick your own fresh bananas, juicy red grapefruits and lemons from the backyard when in season. Cook out on the new gas BBQ grill or just relax in nature.
Only a stones throw from the beach, this large home is the perfect venue for special occasions like birthday and anniversary celebrations, weddings, family reunions, small business retreats, or a great family vacation. A no smoking, no pet policy has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests. The maximum occupancy of this home is limited to 13 total including all children.
All linens have been provided for your use, including beach towels. We’ve also included beach and pool toys, family games, movies and books for your use during your stay.
Located in the 4200 block of Estero Blvd, this home is just three blocks north of the Publix grocery store. The 7 miles of white sugar sand beach is only a minute walk from the house. Trolley stops going both North and South bound are right at the end of the road at the corner of Estero and Sabal. Jump on the trolley for 25 cents per person and see the island or ride the bikes we’ve provided you with for some great sightseeing.
