In the winter, you're 10 minutes away from any of the world class ski resorts Summit County has to offer. In the morning, don't worry about getting all that snow off your car, the private 1 car attached garage kept it warm, dry and ready to go.
In the summer, you're 100 yards away from Lake Dillon and the Summit County Bike Path. Ride your bike around the lake, hit the mountain bike trail, play a round of golf at 9000 feet or spend a day rafting the local rivers.
After a full day of activity, enjoy a nice meal in one of the local restaurants a couple minutes away or get some steaks and grill 'em up there at the unit. Sleeping arrangements are queen in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom and two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom. Please note: the third bedroom is fully enclosed but has no closing door and the bath is a 3/4 bath.
