This lovely single family ranch-style home has the best of both worlds - lakefront location and just minutes away from beautiful family oriented beaches!
Wittpiers Star Island is nestled on a cul-de-sac street in a mature and quiet residential neighborhood in Holiday, Florida. Which is just 22 minutes north of beautiful Clearwater, Florida and Clearwater Beach.

LEISURE
Start your morning out on the lanai with a cup of coffee, at the beach, bird watching, cast your rod in the freshwater outback for some fishing or play a round of golf, then end your evening in one of the many nearby restaurants for some food and fun or watch the sunset with a nice drink in hand down by the waters edge on the huge oversized deck out back.

COMFORT
This fully furnished home is tastefully decorated with a coastal cozy décor and furniture. Fresh and New from bed linens to silverware. You're sure to get a good nights sleep on one of our 4-inch memory foam mattress topped beds that also have pillow top mattress covers and 4 pillows each! Bed linens are also provided for each bed. The Family Room also has a pull-out Queen Sofa Bed (2 pillows).

EXTRA SPECIAL TOUCHES
Bathroom has curved rod for a more roomy shower, a relaxing rainfall shower head, and for that extra special touch... a stained glass window which overlooks the lake.

WILDLIFE
Lots of wildlife gather around this home daily as if to stop by to wish you a warm Welcome!
The Egrets love to eat hot dogs and Vienna sausages. You can even catch trophy size bass fishing off the huge deck and occasionally alligators accidentally get hooked too! "Now that would make for a nice fishing story!!!"

We're not on the beach but we're not far from it. We are very conveniently located, just minutes away from shopping centers where you can find grocery stores, pharmacies, fast food, fine dinning as well as fitness centers. We're 5 minutes from New Port Richey and 5 minutes from the world famous Sponge Docks in historic Tarpon Springs. There is plenty to see and do in Tarpon Springs, from the world famous Sponge Docks to deep sea fishing, from antique shops in the historic downtown area to championship golf, from walking around Spring Bayou to watching the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. You can also enjoy all the other beautiful beaches in the surrounding areas.
