Steps to the oceanside infinity pool with fountains. Very Private Lanai. You will feel like it is your own private garden with a little path that leads you straight to the beach.
The sand and ocean are stunning here! Tidepools and shells and at low tide you can walk along Langosta beach north all the way across Playa Tamarindo to the estuary across which is Playa Grande, or down the beach to the south across the Langosta estuary to Playa Avellanas where the Marriott hotel is located. The best swimming & surfing on Langosta is right next to us in front of the Barcelo hotel, enjoyed by tourists and locals alike.
Located just 1 mile south of the busy beach town of Tamarindo with it's shops, beach vendors, surfing, bars and discos, the location could not be better. You are away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo, but close enough to walk to town if you like. Close by are great restaraunts, some with live music and there is a Casino 1 Block south at the Barcelo Resort. Sportfishing, kayaking, horse back riding and numerous tours available and easily arranged from this area.
Maid service is provided two times per week, and can be arranged daily for an extra charge. 24 hour gated security.
This is our home, not just a rental property and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why the Owner Chose Tamarindo
Once you visit Costa Rica you understand why people visit and just never leave. The country is diverse and beautiful, the people friendly, the food fresh and fantastic. Mariott just opened a gorgeous new hotel, Four Season's is close by, RIU just opened a 5* resort. The surfing in the area is among the worlds best. There are 4-5 different beaches in either direction within 30 minutes by car. Great value, yes even today, for vacationers and for real estate investors. Fantastic artisans, jewelry, carvings, turned bowls, leatherwork at very modest prices. Fabulous gourmet restaurants for half the price of a North American cities. Excellent organic coffee, produce, fresh fish, meats, cheeses and breads at the grocerias.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There is nothing like waking up every morning to the ocean views out our windows and the beach just a few steps off the patio. The privacy of our condo unit is exceptional being an end unit on the ground floor. Nothing blocks the ocean view and no need for anyone to walk in front of it, unless it is Pablo the garderner! Wildlife is everywhere, a short stroll takes you up into the jungle and mountains, to town or from our beach, Playa Langosta, to Tamarindo Beach! You don't have to have a car rental as all essentials are walking distance.
Excellent surfing just steps down the beach in front of the Barcelo Hotel, good safe swimming area here too

The condo was wonderful. My husband took me to Costa Rica for my 50th Birthday and it was the best experience I have ever had. The Condo has everything you could need to be right at home. The staff is very helpful and gracious always there when you need them. I highly recommend staying here. I can’t wait to go back we already miss the friendly people & great culture. Pura Vida!

Hi Carla, This is just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your condo in January. It is beautiful, as is the setting. Very peaceful and private. We spent lots of time on the beach, on the patio and by the pool. It was sunny and warm (hot) every day. A most welcome relief from the cold and snow in Michegan. The RPM staff people were pleasant and helpful. We had a great time. Thank you for making the condo available. We spent a week in Jaco after Langosta. The beach there is very different. No shells and not as scenic. Not as hot, cloudy skies some days, and some rain. The towns are quite different as well. We enjoyed both spots very much but think Langosta was more relaxing. And your condo was truly the most elegant! Thanks again. Ann and Jim
