Our 3 level Condo has a 2 Car Garage, is professionally decorated, fully furnished with new furnishings. TV's in every bedroom.
The gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all the accessories to make this kitchen fully functional. Seating for 8 makes dining in easy. The open floor plan allows easy conversation from the living room to the kitchen. The living room has large LCD TV, digital HD, DVD. A sleeper sofa increases the sleeping capacity of the unit.
The Master Suite has a king size bed, 2 night stands and dresser, and a flat screen TV. The Bath has an over sized tub as well as a separate shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, 2 night stands and dresser and full bath. Both rooms are furnished with pillow top mattresses, clean linens and large closets. Also a full size washer and dryer on this floor, iron and ironing board, detergent and softener too.
Our home is professionally cleaned prior to arrival, and if you desire cleaning during your stay it is available for an additional fee.
There is a pool and hot tub right outside your door. With chairs, lounges and cabana beds. There is an additional pool next to the club house that has a state of the art fitness center. Also a gourmet kitchen and 4 flat panel TV wall for all your entertaining needs. The clubhouse is available to reserve, but there is a non-refundable security deposit and reservations are on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know if you would like to reserve it.
