Eiffel Tower Terrace is one of the most unique and breathtaking apartments in our portfolio. This apartment is a wonderful place for a family to spend their vacation in this city.
Situated in the quiet 16th arrondissement, this apartment is in the perfect location for a quiet getaway while still being right in the centre of the city. The apartment is atop the building on the 10th floor - a rarity in Paris. As a result, it has unparalleled views from out over the roof tops and onto the nearby Eiffel Tower. This apartment is simply one of the best.
Entering Eiffel Tower Terrace from your very own, private elevator directly into the apartment is a great way to start your visit. The entrance hall is large and spacious, with the children's bedroom to the left. Ahead of the foyer is the covered terrace with a dining table, an additional sink and an enormous telescope directed at the looming Eiffel Tower.
The foyer joins into the main living area which is set with comfortable sofas, a beautiful fireplace, a large flat screen television and computer. The kitchen exits off from the living area and is fully equipped for all your culinary exploits. It includes a dishwasher and a full sized fridge. The windows of the kitchen overlook the surrounding cityscape offering a cosmopolitan feel to your cuisine.
Back through the living room and out the sliding door is the incredible terrace for which the apartment is named. This large, roof top area is decorated with plants, and greenery and is set with a lovely large table allowing you to dine al fresco directly in front of the Eiffel Tower. It's a spot unlike any other in Paris - literally, an unforgettable place to spend an evening.
Back into the living room and to the left is the master bedroom with its lovely double bed and bright decor. The bathroom too is bright and comfortable with a full sized bathtub.
The Eiffel Tower Terrace is what dreams are made of. This apartment is a dream to come home to after a day of sightseeing.

On a nightly basis and for stay of 5-6 days,
Eiffel Tower Terrace rents on a pro-rata basis.
For a minimum of 3 nights, we invoice on a pro-rata basis + 30%.

Wonderful stay at this spectacular apartment!

My family (daughter, son and two granddaughters) and I stayed here for a week in April and the apartment is even better that advertised! Firstly, Bernard and Jeremy were so helpful, even months prior to our stay, answering all my questions quickly and fully. Bernard was there to greet us with a bottle of wine and proceeded to show us the apartment. Truly, the pictures don't do it justice! The rooms are bright and airy. The refrigerator was even stocked with some basic staples (milk, juice, butter, etc.). The terrace is just sensational as well! The Eiffel Tower is even closer in person than in the pictures. My young granddaughters especially loved looking out at the Eiffel Tower every day! The apartment was also very clean when we arrived with plenty of towels and extra bedding if necessary. The metro station is only a minute away, which made getting around a breeze. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our trip to Paris was magnificent. This apartment was the crown jewel! After a wonderful day in Paris, it was so perfect to come back to this apartment and spend the evening on the terrace with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. It made a great vacation into a dream vacation. We have rented through VRBO on a number of occassions and this was our best experience. We would highly recommend this apartment.
