A delightful, bright Roman apartment on the second floor (no lift) with very easy stairs in one of Rome’s most prestigious fashion districts. Via Vittoria is part of the famous fashion block that includes, Via Condotti, Via del Babbuino and Piazza di Spagna.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people. You will find yourself in a magnificent location where within a few minutes you will be at some of the most famous landmarks in Rome. If shopping is your thing, or even window shopping, this is where you need to be. The area is bustling with activity during the day yet calm by night. If sight seeing is your must you are just in the middle of the most attractive town in the world and everything is within reach, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Il Quirinale, Il Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, Coliseum.
This neatly organised Rome apartment is around 80 square meters, and is tastefully furnished with a mix of modern chic, hi-tech and traditional.
You enter a hallway and the living room is to the right, there you’ll find a modern dining table for four, a sofa bed for two people, a plasma TV, a DVD and an easy chair by the window
To the right of the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen, which is not large but very functional. Here you will find the washing machine too.
There is a separate bedroom with a queen bed and ample cupboard space for all your new purchases!
The bathroom with a balcony floor, has a black and white theme. There is a very fine and large shower.
All the windows of this apartment face the friendly neighbourhood of Via Vittoria.
As you exit the building to the street, you will find a supermarket as well as an open fruit and fish market in the next street open in the morning.
An abundance of the best restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias to choose from are around the corner

We stayed in this apartment for eight days in August 2009. It is a perfect size for two or three people and has all of the amentities that you really need, including high speed internet! The place was clean and very close to everything, including a supermarket. The only drawback was that the bedroom faces the street and EVERY morning at 7, the supermarket would have inventory delivered. It is a long, LOUD process. You cannot sleep through it. It sounded like a full-fledged warehouse operation. Awful. Having said that, I would stay in this apartment again. I didn't go to Rome to sleep:)
