Head out the back of the Gardens to the Longport Bridge. Connect to Sommers Point or a short 9 mile ride to the excitement of Atlantic City's casinos, live shows, and great restaurants. Top off your fun-filled days with a delicious cook-out and enjoy the evening on your private deck.

Description of our home.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds compliment the fresh and nautical feel of this charming bedroom. Children and adults will enjoy the added feature of a TV with VCR.
Bedroom 2: This room features an upgraded Queen size bed and is done in a comforting and relaxing cottage decor. It also features plenty of closet space and a cable TV.
Master Bedroom: Features an upgraded Queen size bed, TV and is also done in a peaceful cottage decor. There is a Master bath with shower. This bathroom also has a stacked washer and dryer.
Separate & additional Full bath with tub for guest use.
Living Room, Sitting Area/Office Cubby and Dining Area. Decorated in colors of the sea and shore with a cottage feel! Comfortable furniture for watching TV or curling up with your favorite book.
Kitchen: Full kitchen with all appliances, including gas stove and oven, mircowave, coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, toaster oven, and large "clam" pot for those seafood nights. Lots of dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils will make cooking (or those takeouts) a breeze.
Deck: right off the kitchen to enjoy meals, sunning, having that tropical drink or gazing at the beautiful star filled night.
Electric Grill provided to cook those steaks, hot dogs or hamburgers!
Outside shower with hot & cold water to rinse off or shower the kids!
Central Air and Heat.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Gardens
We chose our property because of its location in the beautiful Gardens section of Ocean City. The Gardens is a quiet area where you can relax and not worry about "partying" disturbing your vacation. The beaches in the Gardens are beautiful and you will walk right onto them, with no boardwalk etc... just stroll out onto the sand! This location, on the northern end of the island also allows you easy access on and off the island via the Longport bridge ..minutes to Atlantic City and Somers Point. (Restaurants, Nightclubs, Shopping, Gambling etc. )

This was our first stay in the "Gardens" area of Ocean City (O.C.) but a second one in O.C. House is closer to the beach than we thought. Walk is easy, in an elegant part of Ocean City. Shops, post office, grocery store within minutes by bicycle. Recommend a bicycle with you in O.C. to take full advantage of this tourist city. Parked car for one week and never had to use it. The owner is very organized and makes the rental an easy process. House is equipped with all amenities needed for everyday home living. Excellent location for a family getaway and enjoyment of peace and quiet. Neighbours seemed very friendly. Will rent again if I end up in O.C. again.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
