Fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental in gated Courtyard at Market Street community. This is a first time rental! Home has barely been lived in. Townhome features gourmet kitchen with knotty alder cabinets, granite counters and all the utensils a chef would need.
Master retreat has king bed, separate exit to private patio, walk-in closet, separate shower and tub with dual vanities. Secondary bedrooms have queen beds and TVs.
Open living room and dining area with big screen TV, gas fireplace and tons of natural light. Townhome feels like a custom home!
There are 2 pools available for you. Courtyard community pool and DC Ranch Desert Camp community center with a pool, spa, fitness center, basketball court, tennis court and park.
Walk to DC Ranch shopping, Starbucks, Safeway, Flemmings, Eddie V's, Blue Wasabi Sushi, San Felipe’s Cantina and Night Cluband much more. Numerous golf courses minutes away!
Additionally, every Saturday from mid October to mid May from 10 AM to 2 PM you can enjoy fresh produce, southwest specialities such as tamales and fresh burritos, breads, jams, and fresh-cut flowers at Market Street's Farmer's Market. Local chefs demonstrate how to create dishes with recipes featuring seasonal produce. New artisans, musicians, and vendors provide fresh flavor to each market day.

This property also includes a concierge service to assist you in your vacation activities.
They have an on-site concierge 4 days per week at the Homestead Community Center (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 9am - 5pm) and are on call 24/7 for any other needs that may come up when we are off site.
Their services include just about anything you could imagine! They can help you find different service providers such as housecleaners, landscapers, pool maintenance, handyman, general contracting, air conditioning service, mobile mechanics, florists, event coordinators, caterers, etc. The list is endless! Their service providers are some of the best in the valley - we have a very rigorous screening process to ensure that they will service our clients with the highest levels of efficiency and quality!
They also offer errand services, housesitting/petsitting services, and other home services. They find that many times our clients need service providers to come to their homes, but they are unable to meet them.
