This 6th floor corner unit has awesome views! You won't miss anything from home, as this spacious unit is large and comfy!
This 3 bedroom unit has lots of room with a full kitchen, living room, full laundry room, and 3 bedrooms. The smaller bedroom is complete with a full size bed, dresser, alarm clock, closet, cable TV, and DVD player to keep the kids entertained when you want a break. The next bedroom has a huge king size bed, cable TV, closet, armoire, DVD/VCR, nightstands, and alarm clock.
Saving the best for last the master is equipped like the rest, but wake up to beautiful views of the gulf. A full size walk in closet, a secretary desk, and much more. The master bath has a double vanity, jetted tub, a huge walk in shower, and privacy toilet.
The kitchen is decorated with granite counter tops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Wake up to coffee or use our blender to make a smoothie. Its equipped to cook a full meal as well. If you need to do laundry a full size washer and dryer is ready for you.
Cable television, WiFi Internet, and a Vonage phone (free long distance to guests) will keep you connected with the world if you need to be. Also a on site gym, and a swimming pool.

Why the Owner Chose Grandview East at Long Beach
The units at Grandview are so spacious and accommodating. I don't feel like I am in a small condo, I feel more at home. While the choice amenities are not like other properties, the units are second to none in the price range.
Shopping, restuarants, movies, and entertainment. Also the city pier is across the street.
Restuarants, and bowling/skating center within walking distance. Food range goes from cheap at Ci Ci's Pizza, Subway, Waffle House; to the high end with Firefly (great restuarant by the way), with ot
Tshirts, designer clothing, and tourist items. American Diner, A liquor store, and Coyote Ugly are near here. This is within walking distance.
Super Walmart with everything from groceries to liquor. KFC, Mcdonalds, Backyard Burgers, Dippin Dots,Another Waffle House, and Zaxby's around this location.
