Guests enjoy the use of TWO Summit Foundation Passes that provide free skiing at all four Summit County ski areas: Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin and Winter Park PLUS Vail and Beaver Creek and free golf at Breckenridge Golf Course, Copper Golf Course & Keystone Ranch Golf Course. They are completely transferable with no black out days, they are good for every day of your stay so each member of your group can benefit from the FREE SKIING & FREE GOLF. These passes also provide discounts on lessons, rentals, and food throughout the County.

*Heat is radiant floor heat so even the bathroom tiles are warm to the feet.
*The attached garage is heated and provides plenty of storage for all your outdoor gear.
*There is a large screen TV with built-in, surround-sound system, outdoor speakers (on the hot tub deck), CD, and DVD.
*The fireplace is gas, so it is cozy yet easy to enjoy.

We were able to entertain 20 family members over the course of our 3rd visit to the Aspen Leaf House. We were always cofortable - not crowded. The wonderful configuration of the kitchen made meals a breeze. We skiied 9 days and loved it all! Thank you

We had a brilliant time in this cabin! The sledding is fanastic here! We all (7-9) had enough room to be comfortable. It was also great to hurry in here from the cold.
