Paradise Coves house description
Casa Rincon Pacific is located on the Punta Mita Peninsula 25 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta and 5 minutes south of the world renowned Four Seasons Resort in Nayarit, Mexico. The home is nestled between the tropical rain forest and the azure waters of Bahia Banderas and is one of 12 private lots in the intimate gated community of Paradise Coves. Paradise Coves derives its name from a series of beautiful small private coves that grace the verdant Punta Mita coastline and because of their private setting, the beaches in front, south and north of the development are pristine and virtually vacant!
If snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, fishing or just plain beach combing sound like a good way to spend a day in tropical paradise. then Casa Rincon Pacific is perfect. If you are looking for night life you can find it either 20 minutes north in the small town of Sayulita or 30 minutes south in Puerto Vallarta where you will find an endless array of world class restaurants, night clubs and activities that will keep even the most avid night owl satisfied!
The home is 8000 square feet with four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, an office complete with high speed internet connection and WI FI, satellite TV, and stereo system. The home also has generous outside covered patios surrounded by a large infinity pool.
Activities in the area include world class sport fishing (200 lb Yellow fin tuna are not uncommon in the summer months), whale watching (Dec.-Mar.), Mariettas Islands snorkeling trips, big game (blue water) spear fishing, and 5-star dining both in Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta.
If you have been to Cabo San Lucas or Cancun and have found the pace just too “busy”, we suggest you schedule your next Mexican escape to Casa Rincon Pacific which means “Peaceful Place”. Stroll from the pool to our own private beach where you can enjoy the sunset and watch the turtles play in the bay. We think you will truly enjoy your visit and will be back to Casa Rincon Pacific soon.

Fantastic house and location!
Fantastic house and location!
We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta in the past but this time around we looked for a spot that was more quiet and peaceful. The house was very tidy, clean and a refreshingly welcome destination. It was an ideal choice for both location and activities. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing yet with plenty of activity options. Everyone enjoyed the beach as much as the pool... plenty of swimming, beach walking, a little exploring in the cove with the kids, etc. When we booked the house, the property manager was informative with suggested outings, one leading some of the adults and kids up to nearby Anclote beach (very near Punta Mita) for great surfing, swimming and good food afterwards. On the food topic, the house chef service was well worth it with delicious servings and very friendly staff. It was great to feel a bit pampered! We did end up driving to PV once to meet friends but they ended up coming twice to the house during our stay and commenting on how it felt like a real "get away". We were three families and have all said we should think about doing this again next year! Thank you - we had a really wonderful time and will certainly recommend it to friends.

Great house - Great location!
Great house - Great location!
Our stay at the Casa Rincon Pacific in April of 2013 was perfect! The residence worked wonderfully for our big group. We were 7 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of space for reading, naps, swimming in the pool, walking on the beach, and paddling in the waves. Perhaps the best perk of staying at this incredible house is including the chef service. Martin and his assistance Jose and Enrique cooked over the top brunch (fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and eggs, french toast, pancakes) and the best Mexican dinners I have ever eaten! Not having to shop, cook or clean ment everyone had plenty time to take a break from everyday life and just have fun. I would go back every year if i could.

Destination ChristmasGuest comment entered by manager
Our family decided this year to have a "Destination Christmas". We chose Casa Rincon Pacific from the photos and description on VRBO. When we arrived, Gaby, the manager, was there to meet us and show us around. As we walked through the entry and down into the living/dining area, we noticed the huge dining room table laden with a Mexican feast; ceviche, guacamole, freshly made tortilla chips, salsa, taquitos, quesadillas. Talk about a sight for sore eyes! It was the perfect meal. Per Greg's suggestion, we opted to hire a Chef (Martin, and his assistant, Jose) to prepare breakfast and dinner each day. Martin's wife, Mari, was the housekeeper. The first morning, we had all awakened early and explored the beach before breakfast. When we arrived back at the house, there was fresh coffee and the table set with folded napkins...our three little girls couldn't wait to be seated. First couse was an artistically arranged fruit salad presented to each one of us. Well that set the bar for the rest of the meals. And, along with each dinner, Jose made unbelievable Margaritas as well as Pina Coladas. Casa Rincon Pacific is located in a private and well secured area. The roads and landscaping are immaculately kept. We felt very safe there. Driving between the house and The Mega in Bucerias where you can get groceries, liquor, and toys, is easy and felt safe. The house is perfically designed for vacationing. Two living room walls completely open up to the outside. The pool deck, just outside the living room, has both sun and shade. The pool has a nice shelf that is shallow where the girls could play. The hot tub area is good for that too. We all loved the beach, just a short walk on a paved path from the house and then down some steps that even our two-year-old could navigate with some assistance. The cove is cresent shaped and pretty self contained. At low tide you could walk out on the reef. It is perfect for wading and making sand castles and exploring. Also, there were many other beaches accessible at low tide just a short walk away. Our favorite was just to the west where we marveled at a georgeous sunset following a rousing game of whiffle ball. I am sure that each family member brought warm memories of this trip back to their wintery locales. We are all so happy to have spent such a pleasant, relaxing week together at Casa Rincon Pacific.

Very good experience at Casa Rincon Pacific
Very good experience at Casa Rincon Pacific
We stayed at this house for a week from Nov 5-12 with our 2 children ages 2 and 9 months and another couple who have 3 kids under the age of 5. The house is big and spacious at almost 8000 sq ft. We also brought 2 people to help with the children and they had their own separate, spacious casita. The house is quite nice, with adequate furniture. There is no real art on the walls so it does not feel lived in but nonetheless feels comfortable. The pool area is fantastic and the pool is very large with a big swim step for children which was key. We did not have a car so Gabi the property manager took us to the Mega about 20 minutes away to load up on food and other stuff. The owner of the house owns a hotel nearby and has supposedly purchased the adjacent lots so the outlook is very nice and tranquil and extremely private. There are 12 lots in the development and I believe only 3 of them have actually been built. We never saw anyone the entire week besides the security guards and gardeners. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are overisze in every bedroom. I would actually call this house 5 bedrooms, not 4 as advertized with a casita as well. We slept 11 people VERY comfortably. Here is the negative: 1. The beach is not swimable. There are kayaks which we used to go on an ocean excursion but not being able to swim at the beach which is a 1 minute walk away is kind of frustrating. Also, the beach tends to accumlate wood which was only cleared by a tractor 2 days before we left. It would have been nice if they would have cleared it before we arrived as we did spend some time down there. We drove 5 minutes south to a wonderful beach so it's not a big deal but when you're living on the beach it's nice to be able to swim. 2. Jacuzzi- while there is an area of water in the pool that is round and has jets there is actually no heater. I was shocked when I heard this and actually went to look at the pool equipment thinking they wanted to save money on running it but there is no heater. Kind of a bummer. The pool is not freezing but we would have swam more if it were hotter and definitely would have used it more if there was a jacuzzi. 3. There is no bath in the house. Kind of strange. Not a big deal for me but the kids bath every night and could not here. There is an area in the master that look like it is made for a bath, they just didn;t put one in. A couple of peculiar things like this... But overall, very good place that I would likely rent again.
