Walleye, Northern Pike, and Bass all waiting to be caught on 3000 acre, two lake chain with a maximum water depth of 57 feet. Jump in your boat right from the dock or use our fishing boat and spend hours reeling them in. Platte Lake is 1746 acres & is connected to Sullivan Lake with another 1220 acres.
The four season home comes with a huge Great Room with soaring knotty pine ceiling, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. A full size kitchen with range, refridgerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and all cooking utensils is provided along with a full size washer & dryer.
We have all the amenities of home and more: central AC, forced air heat, gas fireplace, gas grill, fishing boat, paddle boat, sandbox, satellite TV, DVD player, Nintendo 64, stereo, firepit, and various games and toys.
Grand casino and Garrison are only 20 minutes away. Brainerd is only 25 minutes away!
Bring your own boat and tie up to the dock or rent a boat! We do have a fishing boat with oars and a paddle boat that you can use. There are also chartered fishing trips available in Garrison.
