This gulf front complex is located on Thomas Drive close to St. Andrews State Park, Captain Anderson's Restaurant, Schooner's Beach Bar and Restaurant, The Treasure Ship, The Boatyard, and J. Michael's Restaurant. St. Andrews State Park covers 1260 acres with more than one and a half miles of beaches. There are swimming areas, picnic areas, a fishing pier, and jetties.
This first floor unit gives you easy access to your car, the pool, and the beautiful white sandy beaches. Right off the living room is a nice gated patio with easy access to the pool and barbeque grills. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a television, dresser, and large closet. The living room and dining area have a television, sofa-sleeper, chairs, and dining room table. This overlooks the court area where the pool is located.
Nautical Watch is a family oriented complex and is completely furnished with dishes, utensils, washer, and dryer along with a dishwasher, microwave oven, full sized stove, and refrigerator with ice-maker.
