Family room with two-story fireplace. Gourmet kitchen fully equipped with two Viking ovens, walk in pantry. Dining area adjacent to kitchen seats 10+. Guest Bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom.
Master bedroom with King size bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, bathroom with Roman tub, marble/stone shower with 3 shower heads, all with view of mountains beyond.
All rooms on main level have volume ceilings with two-story glass windows.
Loft Level:
Loft level is located above main level and consists of a private guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, a bathroom with shower, plus an open loft area for sitting or will sleep an additional 2-4 people.
Lower Level:
You will find it is like having another house in terms of the space, views, and amenities present on the lower level. There are three large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and its own bathroom, one with twin beds, and another queen bedroom. There is a large double sink bathroom and another half bathroom located along this hallway of the three bedrooms. You'll also find our entertainment cinema room with big-screen TV, Sony Play Station II, and two large sofa beds that are very comfortable for sleeping and great for movies. Saving the best for last, the downstairs is also where you'll find the recreation room (the second large family room), with a gas fireplace, regulation size pool table, 1960's style jukebox loaded with CDs, pin ball machine, foosball machine, couches, a kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator, and a large wall-mounted high definition TV. There is also a mudroom, attached to the garage and laundry room, for storing and taking off all your outdoor gear.
This home provides a luxury that is at once stylish, comfortable, and sophisticated, while maintaining the authentic feel of a mountain experience. The finishing's are spectacular.
