Enjoy the privacy of 5 acres amid hundreds of acres of vineyards, located half way between Napa and Sonoma on the western ridge line with views across the Napa Valley to the Vaca Mountains on the east side of the valley. A large deck and a covered porch provide two areas to dine or relax in. The covered porch has a hot tub. A dock on the pond has a swim ladder and makes boat-bording easy. The pond provides a more intimate scene with hammocks, inflatable kayaks, an inflatable raft, fishing poles, a tree house, swings and picnic tables to entertain and relax with. The walk-outside basement has a pingpong table and a treadmill. There's a wood-burning fireplace in the vaulted-ceiling living and dining area. The study contains two desks, two computers on a line of site ISP and an LCD receiver for our satellite TV. Our home is warm and comfortable, and there is parking for up to 10 cars.
