If you are feeling a little lazy simple call the Divanzi's Pizza the best place in town for fast delivery! NEW ADDITION!! LARGE DECK WITH A PRIVATE HOT TUB!! SOAK YOUR SORE SKI MUSCLES AWAY IN PRIVACY!! We also just added a new wall mount 42" widescreen LCD TV in the livingroom and a 37" LCD in Master bedroom .If massages are your bliss. The condo sleeps 6 with a California king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have down comforters to snuggle up with. There are also 2 sleeper sofas. The condos location can't be beat. Also the airport is only 35 mins away. The property has a hot tub to soak your sore muscles located in the common area just steps from the condo. The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location is fabulous literally walk across the street and your on the slopes before you even purchase a lft ticket. Ski back to the condo for lunch and to warm up. A 3 minute walk to old town for shopping, dining, and socializing. The location of the condo is 2 streets west of the direct center of Main Street. There is also a new 6 man private hot tub to soak those sore muscles.

I work for Delta Airlines and got based in SLC 10 years ago. I started spending a lot of time in Park City and fell in love with ambiance of a small friendly ski town and decided to buy a condo in town so I could enjoy the benefits. As my family grew, we out grew the condo. I could not part with the condo or it's location so i deceided to keep it for a rental and for my family and friends. It turned out to be a great descion as i frequently stay there myself.

My wife and our two friends stayed at this condo and we were perfectly satisfied. The owner was quite helpful, informative and accommodating. The location is fantastic. It's close to everything you could want to do in Old Town Park City. It is also extremely easy to get to the town lift (even in the iffy snow conditions we had in early January 2012). This condo is convenient to both Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Run. The hot tub after skiing was excellent. Though the condo is on the ground floor, we did not feel like we were trapped in a basement. This is a very nice property and we would be more than happy to rent it again.

We had a wonderful time in Park City - The Condo was more than sufficient for the 5 of us friends for a very comfortable week long stay. We made almost every single delicious meal in the kitchen (which had everything we needed), and the gas fireplace was lovely to sit by while playing cards in the living room. Of course we thorougly enjoyed the hot tub outside, too!!! For being two blocks away from Main street it is still very private, no one bothered us and it was quiet. With Main Street so accessible, we took frequent walks into town both during the day and at night, it was great not having to drive or worry about parking. Snowboarding was excellent - it was amazing to be able to get on the Town Lift and up the Mountain right at 9am for first tracks with no parking hassles or anything! The property manager/owner was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from booking, arrival, during our stay, and departure. We have already recommended the place to other friends, and hope that we get to stay there again sometime! Thank you so much!

We stayed 4 nights and loved every second. 1 block from skiing, 2 blocks from no name saloon. As great as that was Gavin made everything so much easier for all of us. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. Everything seemed to be at our fingertips if we asked. Thanks to Gavin for making our trip easier and more enjoyable!

This condo is pretty well updated compared to the rest of the building. The management and transportation team were amazing. They arranged for us to get discounted lift tickets and 50% off our ski and snowboard rentals. The location is amazing...just a hop, skip and a jump from main street we didn't even need a car. Not to mention the fact that we gave them a shopping list and they had everything in the condo before we arrived. Our compliments to Gavin and his team!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Can't get much closer to Main, if that's your goal. Property is a little dated and not well maintained, but it is clean. Expected it to be a little larger and nicer considering what I paid to stay here.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+.

This unit is located in the basement of the Condo Unit. You have to go down three or more flights of steps to get to it. There is NO view from the only large window/master bedroom (sliding glass doors) because it backs to the ground floor of another building. We felt like we were in a cave. We would not rent this again.
