Enter the villa into the large great room with vaulted and beamed ceilings. Brand new furniture includes a queen sleeper sofa. Other amenities include large 50” HD TV with DVD/VHS player, cable, wireless Internet access, and audio/IPOD docking station.
The fully equipped kitchen includes new stove and microwave along with a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Master Bedroom includes private bath, king size bed, TV, and direct access to the deck overlooking the 11 mile lagoon. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds with private bath.
Enjoy the deck either sitting at the wrought iron dining table or relax in the wicker conversation grouping. You can also “Q” on the brand new charcoal barbeque.
Beach access is a 7-minute walk, 3-minute bike ride or 2-minute car ride. Don’t’ feel like driving? Use the “Dune Buggy” March to September for complementary transportation to the beach, cultural center and several restaurants and shopping plazas. Beach access is private for Palmetto Dunes residents.
Spend your days at the beach, fishing off the property from the bulkhead or using the villa swimming pool only 15 feet from your deck!

We stayed in this awesome villa in August! I cannot say enough great things about it. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and close to the beach. We loved the view from the back deck; we actually used the fishing poles in the closet to fish. The furnishings were luxurious and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
