11th floor (top floor) unit is located directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the exquisite views from your private balcony and expansive deck (see photos). It is beautifully furnished and offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath, a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Note that this unit is priced slightly higher than other 1 bedroom units in Perdido Sun. This is by design since this is a one of a kind unit in the building. It is the only unit in Perdido Sun with a large, completely private deck area with ocean views. It is also impeccably appointed with high-end furnishings. Lastly, this unit is not appropriate for parties greater than 3 (even if they are kids).
The complex includes 24 hour front desk and security, large indoor and outdoor pools, large Jacuzzi hot tub, lawn area with picnic and recreation facilities, 2 boardwalks over the dunes to 200 feet of white sand beach front. Stayed there the first week in July, 2011. Owner was very responsive---including returning the security deposit immediately after our stay---without us having to request it. Beautiful unit on the 11th floor. Very modern and well maintained. The extra, non-covered patio is extremely large and is terrific. The entire facility (2 pools), lobby, etc. is very well maintained, and there is a knowledgeable staff on duty during the day. Great location--away from the congestion of Destin, Gulf Shores, etc. Beautiful beach. Not a ton of great places to eat, but by the end of the week, we had found several. All in all, a terrific property and unit. Would definitely go back.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

My husband & I really enjoyed staying in this condo! The balcony/patio offered perfect comfort for sun and shade, and the amenities at Perdido Sun were wonderful with the hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool, right on the beach! Thanks for sharing your home!

Plain and simply, this is the best 1 bedroom condo we have found in Perdido Key (we have been going here for 5 years now). I would recommend it to anyone. My wife and I had our 15 month old child and he loved playing on the large private deck all day long. We spent more time on the deck than we did on the beach because it receives full sun most of the day. The owner has very up to date appliances and a very nice television. The owner was very nice to work with as well.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Unit 1112 is lovely. Having recently been remodeled everything is top notch. The view of the gulf is breathtaking. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure and the Perdido Sun facilities were well kept. We had a wonderful week.

We loved this condo! Everything is new, clean, and the view is wonderful! The balcony wraps around, so there is lots of space for relaxing outside. This is a great location right on the beach. I definitely recommend this!

First time and very Happy! The condo was awesome!! I can't say enough good things about it. The transaction and communication with the owner was excellent and very easy. The condo was clean, comfortable and all updated with unbelievable view and patio, all the amentities that you could ever need condo and more. The Perdido Sun was impeccably clean (Pools and walks cleaned daily as well as front entrance into building), beach service, front desk help, and a secure atmophere/building. Can't wait to stay again!
